I really liked this hotel. My arrival and departure from this hotel were pleasant. Staff were nice and helpful, special thanks to Gustavo and Adam. I had no breakfast in this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, within 5-10 mins walk, you will be in the centre of the city. Big bathroom and water pressure was great. Airconditioning was very good, especially after a day being outside in that heat; very cool and comfortable! Very close to the airport; by taxi, it takes about 20-30 mins to the airport. The only things that didn't work in that room were magnifying mirror and the desk top lamp. I did bring that to the staff attention, and I was told that they will be fixed, but they didn't get fixed. To my surprise, the day that they sent somebody to check the issues, the person left my door open!! Luckly, on that day after my breakfast, I returned to the hotel, and that's how I found out that my room's door was left opened!! I brought that to the staff attention, and I was told that this has never happened before. She talked to the person. It was just carelessness!!! The cleaning staff also should be more efficient, and not to forget to leave proper towels and toiletries every day after cleaning the rooms. I do recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind making another visit.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to many attractions. Not close to beach but you can take a taxi. Clean and spacious rooms! Friendly staff.

A good hotel, in a very good location, close to metro station and Plaza Catalunya. I had a short stay of 2 nights. In fact I only spent some hours in the hotel. I could rebook again in the future. Excellent pillows!!!

Nice rooms

The location was great. Big hotel. Looked nice on the booking. I actually got everything I needed but the room was tiny, dark and not super clean. But the guy at the lobby was nice and helpful. He is from Peru and I think his name was Gustavo.

My room #208 was tiny & dark. The view was really depressing. It was warm and the sound isolation was bad. I paid €147. For comparison, the next night I stayed in amazing 5star hotel with breakfast included and nice view from the balcony and paid only €150.
