Great apartment, probably the best I've stayed in in Seville

Some people don't like the long apartment shape. Also shutters would be better than curtains as there is some street noise and street lighting to block out.

Location is in a quiet street, just a short walk from all the main sights, shopping, restaurants and bars. Apartment is well-designed, spotlessly clean and spacious. The patio area provides an extra bit of space and cool air. Mariel, our host could not have been more helpful and flexible on the run-up to our stay, and when we arrived much earlier than expected.

Modern property which was cleaned daily with fresh towels when required. Nice central location. Comfy beds. Easy access with key-in code. Aldi very close - handy for stocking up on water etc.

Our apartment was on the ground floor so a bit of road noise and also the building air-con is quite noisy

The location of hotel is perfect, within the old town, with walking distance to almost all the important sites of interests of the city, it is easy to find stores, restaurants and bars around. The hotel is in a well refurbished and maintained historical house, the facilities are very convenient and new, the decorations are beautiful with local style, the rooms are quite spacious. It is using digital ways to do managements, which are very convenient. I really have a good stay in this hotel and enjoyed a nice holiday in Seville.

Great modern property with daily cleaning. it was my birthday and there was lovely surprise champagne.

the aircon didn’t seem to be working which made it a bit hot in the room. not a big issue in February but would be more annoying in the summer.

Everything! It was super comfortable, easy to enter and leave with keyless locks. The apt is well-designed, towels are large and super--absorbent. The kitchen allowed us to have our breakfast there. It's close to everything near the center. They have a Nespresso coffeemaker and provides capsules everyday. Everything's very modern in a historic building built by a famous sevillano architect.

Just some small things. They could have larger size coffee cups in the kitchen. Also one of the soap containers in the bathroom had a nozzle that broke off and was unusable.

Location is perfect if you are looking to stay in the centre of Sevilla. The apartment is well equipped and everything works perfectly. Tea & Coffee and water in the room, a plus which makes a difference. All very clean.

The only thing I missed was a TV in front of the bed as the TV is just in the lounge area. Not a problem though.
