Everything was exceptional, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was on another level. The location of the place, awesome peace and quiet.

The pool didn't have lights on at night, after loadshedding, it would have been great to see the pool area lit up with lights as per the brochure

The breakfast was excellent, I had more than enough and the stuff is very friendly from the Owner all the way down to the cleaning stuff, location friendly and quiet, I'll book again

Our family holiday started off with a massive disappointment due to false advertising and was left with no options on the 26th December 2022. We managed to find a space at Boutique Villa in Somerset West, we did not know what to expect since it is not something we have done previously. We have been blown away by the stunning guesthouse, our children 11 and 12 had the time of their lives. The establishment is very clean, rooms are stunning, very well equipped and spacious. The swimming pool was the highlight of the trip for us. We can't thank Trish (Owner) and her staff ( Sophie, Happiness, Patience and Derik etc) enough. We are fortunate enough to be able to stay in high end places when om holiday and I can confirm that Boutique Hotel is phenomenal. We extended our stay 3 times and even booked a room for my parents on the last day to experience it. We will be returning in the coming months. Trish you saved our holiday, thank you.

The only drawback of Boutique Hotel is that you don't want to leave. There is nothing negative to report.

Everything else was amazing absolutely beautiful place ,friendly staff,clean and rooms are tidied everyday.

No provision for halaal foods, also the wifi hardly works I had to reconnect switch of devices restart device connect many times and still no connection I eventually just used my phone as a Hotspot, i eould recommed a Mini ups for your fibre and router to keep internet on while load shedding ,I travel for work internet is a must. ,also I would recommend looking into Netflix instead of dstv as there are only few channels on dstv. Also the option of guest being able to iron their own clothes will be good as R25 a garment is alot if u staying for a week and to iron like 3 garments or more for a day .

The superior suite was spacious and comfortable. Loved the super king bed. Safe and secure parking. Lovely garden and pool

The noise of tree cutting and maintenance drilling during the day was disruptive as we wanted peace and quiet to rest after a 1500 kms road trip from Pretoria

The staff were wonderful. Very obliging. Could make coffee, tea etc any time we wanted in the dining room. Would have liked to have been able to watch the soccer World Cup but no DSTV in room …
