The location and maintenance
I was asked to pay 1000 bucks extra.
The heater didn't work.

Even after confirmation we called the owner to inform we will be late and he agreed. Later when we went there he had given the room to some other guest.

So, we had to go to another room
On complaining to Oyo rooms, they are saying sincerely apologise, but nothing done by OYO.

Breakfast was not offered. Availability of staff at reception infrequent. Cockroaches found in drawers. Toilet needs improvement. Toilet lighting not adequate. Personal care and attention cannot be expected. Billing system poor.
Room cleaning is done on alternate days which is bad. Bath towels quality not good. Glass for drinking water shabby. No pantry and hence getting a good coffee and tea is difficult. No New Paper is provided. Tooth kit, shave kit should have been provided.

Nothing is good at sri sai residency.
Worst behaviour staffs. They don't like to give us a service. We paying the money for their service but don't why they doing like that.
They provide only 3 ildlies as a complimentary breakfast. They didn't provide tea or coffee too.
They don't provide the breakfast we need to request many times. Even they didn't provide drinking water. Rest room was not clean.
Completely disappointed.
