We had an amazing stay and loved this apartment! Two employees met us to review all the aspects for the apartment and to orient us. They even brought a city map for us and reviewed and suggested the top spots to visit! The apartment was so clean, bright and modern. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed the coffee machine and the tea kettle every morning. One of us slept on the sofa bed while the other two slept in the loft with twin beds. We all slept well and comfortable. We really appreciated use of the washing machine and enjoyed the rooftop terrace to hang laundry and also to enjoy the views of the city in the day and night. We ate dinner in several evenings and all the appliances seemed new and worked well. The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go -- Alcazar, Cathedral, Plaza de Espana, and more. Definitely hope to stay here again!
Nothing. Note that the spiral staircase to the second floor could pose an issue for individuals with any challenging mobility issues. For us -- it was a fun change of pace.

INCREDIBLE stay!! Location was wonderful. The place was spotless when we arrived and we couldn't have been happier to come back to it everyday. We wanted to stay in Seville longer just for the place :)
The next-door neighbors had a party on a weeknight. We shared the balcony with them, so it was quite noisy when we wanted to sleep.

Our expectations were exceeded. The location was superb and check in was easy. The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable, and the terrace was wonderful!

great location and great modern apartment in center of sevilla
It will be a bit noisy during the night (they clean the streets during the night). bring earplugs if you can. This is the price to pay to be in the heart of sevilla

Apartment was Very Modern and Bright and had everything required for our stay.
Rooftop Terrace was fantastic with great views and a power awning.

Minor - Upstairs Sliding door onto Terrace had no handle on outside and due to it being stiff to open / close / slide you had to put your hands over the glass to slide open or close
There was a Mezzanine Floor part of the bedroom with Glass partition but without any real access that looked very intriguing??

The location is perfectly centered and in a great part of town. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and there's a few close grocery stores nearby. The host was very welcoming and gave us a map with some recommendations for food and overall it was just a great visit. Oh also they have a roof terrace that is nice for relaxing in the evenings and has a decent view

Perfect location, just a short stroll to the cathedral. Absolutely amazing rooftop patio with a view of the historic city and cathedral - the main reason we booked here. Nicely updated facilities in a quiet, historic setting. Appreciated being let in several hours in advance of the normal check in time.
Staff who met us at the apartment to hand over the keys didn't explain what to do with garbage/recycling over the week or what all the various switches/remotes did. Limited toilet paper and had to get more. A few ants in the upstairs bathroom. Sliding door to the rooftop patio is nearly impossible to open; it took a 33 year old man in good shape nearly all his effort to shift it the track it runs in is so dry. Young children and the elderly might have difficulty navigating the open spiral staircase to the second level. These are relatively minor complaints and with the exception of the stairs (which are a necessity in this context), could be dealt with easily to bring the accommodation to the next level. If your key requirements are location, outdoor space and room for a more than 2 people, we would highly recommend.

Great location - right in the center of the old town. 5mins walk from the Royal Alkazar. Place was modern and clean with all the necessary equipment for cooking.
On arrival we had to make the pull out couch depsite stating we would be using it. Also the pull out couch was uncomfortable.

it was a 1 bedroom and we paid for a 2 bedroom. It was very, very small.

Fantastic property location, very central to sites we wanted to see and many good options. Walking around was easy.
Miriam was also very helpful when there was an issue with sink plumbing.
Adding some seating options for guests to enjoy the rooftop and view would be a good idea.

The location was stupendous!! The flat was clean and had all the facilities including an iron and a dishwasher.
The sofa bed made a bit of noise. Also, since we are not used to induction hobs, it took us some time to make it work after consulting You Tube. We should have asked about it.

We liked everything about the property and location. Everything works properly and the Andrea, the person who gave us the keys was very helpful and friendly, always willing to help with some tips about Sevilla. If I can I will definitely stay here again.

Curious to advertise as a penthouse apartment with terrace only to find that the terrace is shared and no furniture provided for terrace, nor any shade. Disappointing and somewhat misleading.

The location was very convenient to the attractions (all within 10 minutes walk). The apartment was well furnished and very clean. The host got in touch with us as soon as we arrived at the train station and met us at a designated spot since the apartment was not accessible by taxi. Host was also kind enough to fill the refrigerator with water, milk, and juice. Coffee, fruits and small snacks were also provided at no extra charge.
The apartment was noisy, but it is hard to avoid because of its central location.
