A beautiful townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac but still within 10mins walk of all the main sights in Seville. We loved the traditional style of the house, with impressive entrance hall and fantastic marble staircase, but it also had all mod cons with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, very good aircon and a huge roof terrace. The rooms were all good sizes, and very clean, and Toni provided everything you could possibly need including towels and toiletries. Toni was also really friendly and helpful, meeting us at the house and taking time to show us round, explain everything and even offer suggestions of places to visit, how to get there and marking them on a map.

I honestly can't think of anything.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of city. I was there in Semana Santa and the festivities were on our street. It was wanderfull!

The furniture was a little bit old, especialy in the living room but it was part from the autenticity of the house.

Hosts Mark and Toni were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The accommodation was-spacious, quirky,and very clean. Wonderful roof top patio/dining area, all areas beautifully and sympathetically decorated and furnished. Location was very central with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants close to hand but also tucked away from any major noise.

The bedroom windows could do with blackout blinds or curtains. If you have a car, parking is some distance away and costs around 25 euros per day. Obviously not the fault of the accommodation but needs to be taken into account.

Wonderful house in a great location, fully equipped and Mark was amazingly helpful with advice on the area. Loved the sun terrace!

It is an old house in the historical centre.So you feel that it is a more authentic experience than leaving in a hotel.All the places of interests are really close by. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The terrace is lovely,especially in the morning. The neibourhood is very quite but in 2 minutes walk from the house,It is very lively, full of shops and places to eat or drink.It is a perfect combination.

There is no shampoo or shower gel available.Even the soap was scarse. I would recommend to offer at least a bottle of cold water to your guests.
