The hotel staff is unaware of electric vehicles charger Place not cleaned properly. Smells of cigarettes

The staff were really friendly and polite..always ready to help with a smile.

The bathroom was a bit too small and the tiles weren't that good.

Best complimentary Breakfast, many items to choose from. Even kids will enjoy the breakfast.

Musty odour in room. Aircondioner not working.

peaceful location

I was given a room on the 1st floor..We had to check out at 5am as there was some movement, whispering and some light near the windows. I froze when I saw two men peeping through the bedroom window, washroom window and from the balcony. with their mobile camera. The staff didn't seem to take it seriously and the reason given by the manager was that the local guys were taking advantage due to the lack of security guards who were all out of town for a week. There is no security nor any privacy at Maple suites. I might as well stay in a small and less expensive place which has privacy and security than pay big for an apartment with facilities but no privacy and security. Worst experience ever.
