As far as the people dealing with for payment was horrible. They are very unprofessional, it has been over a month since I stayed at the property and they have not been able to return a deposit that I didn’t know about until the day of arrival

The view from the property is extraordinaire. The rooms are nice and clean.

The house was open and great ocean views. To get to town was a short walk down to the beach and aver a couple rock formations. The beach walk was so much quicker than taking the city roads.

There was no soap or towels for cleaning the dishes, we asked our host and he quickly got us some soap.

I loved the spacious house! The open floor plan that had breath taking views was just wonderful! We had a party of 11 and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Each room had a full bathroom so that was wonderful! The view from the master room was amazing. The master bathroom was very spacious! The bathtub was huge with a view of the ocean as well! Love this house!

The parking was a bit of an issue. The house is located on a very steep hill. We were in a 12 passenger van, so getting in and out a bit tough. The tv in the living room didn’t work the 2 nights we were there. We were told it would get fixed and it never happened.

The home is in a perfect location and the actual home is beautiful.

However our master bedroom flooded with water two nights in a row. There were leaks coming from the ceiling as it rained through the evening and night. We did not receive any compensation for it nor did it get fixed while we were there. The water leaked into some of our suitcases and so we had to do extra laundry at the home for clothes that was already clean. The floors were also extremely slippery because of this, so we moved out of that room by the second night for safety reasons. We also moved into another room because a corner of the bed had also gotten wet from the leaks in the roof.

Location is great, host was very helpful, beautiful home, it looks just like the pictures.

Smell of the house,rooms,bathroom. The home smells like sewer.Kitchen full of nats. The house is also missing a few things I think can improve the home .(hair dryer,iron, seasonings for food & bathing towels)
