Emplacement à côté du terminal 3 que l'on peut rejoindre à pied. L'emplacement est calme idéal pour une nuit de transit. La seule piscine trouvée est toute petite et glacée.

Logement un peu vieillissant, les murs sont sales, la kitchenette pas nettoyé et les échantillons de shampoings ainsi que de dentifrice étaient moisis.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la terminal 3 y debajo hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Detrás del edificio hay un barrio normal donde puedes encontrar buenas cosas.

No tiene que ver con el hotel, pero el trafico cerca es terrible. Si te vas a mover mucho tenlo en cuenta.

Stay here many times. Right next to Terminal 3 so ideal for me. Good for long or short stay.

Easy enough check in and right next to Terminal 3 with everything you need nearby. Convenience stores, food shops, laundry, supermarket, taxis etc.

Une Honte, des cafards dans la chambre, une odeur infâme de cuisine, la personne qui nous accueille n’a même pas une tenu correcte , c’est sale , des cheveux dans la douche, de la moisissure, on nous a changé de chambre et dans celle ci pas de wifi , le matelas a un trou au milieu pour dormir avec mon conjoint nous nous rejoignons au milieu une horreur

Location is near NAIA Terminal 3, and walkable via Runway Manila. It also has a lot of convenience store and food options around the area. Staff were very friendly, and the check in and out were fast.

I wish the pillows were firmer.

The host was very accommodating to our needs. I flew from Amsterdam to meet my now fiancée. The facilities were great for the price and we had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The condo was a short walk from Terminal 3 of NAIA and it's located very conveniently on the south wing with convenience Stores and side walk stalls and is another short walk to the New Port Mall which has many other facilities. I would recommend it again. For the price of a 3 week stay along with items for cooking and a small stove top, it suited our needs well.

엑스트라 베드 밑에 비닐이 깔려 있어서 부시럭거리는 소리가 좀 신경쓰였지만 나쁘지 않았다.

The internet goes off and on so must of the time it does come back thoe. I used my data on half of my stay. They were helpful thoe it wasn’t connecting. I only stayed 1 night so could probably give it another chance.

The place is very close to the airport, perfect to avoid noise being on the 8th floor and no noise from airport either. Spotless clean and nicely done with great hosts. The shower is amazing (especially after all the weak pressure from the places on islands) and the bed is super comfy.

Habitación muy ruidosa, se escuchaban coches toda la noche. No hay agua caliente. La piscina no es la que sale en la.foto, muy muy pequeña y en un estado lamentable . en los pasillos un olor a cocina insoportable. Lo peor las ratas!! En el pasillo al salir del ascensor al apartamento 3 ratas negras ufff y de un tamaño que no sabía si eran gatos o ratas... experiencia nada recomendable.

Impossible to rest during the night because of intense traffic noise. Dirty towels. Dusty room. Host didn’t reply when needed. Terrible experience.

Het laken op had ik graag fris gezien. Nu een dekentje zonder laken (wat ik niet weet of dat elke keer gewassen wordt) Ook hoorde ik op het plafond iets rondlopen (muis?) met oordopjes was het opgelost. Maar toch niet zo fijn gevoel.

La struttura è accogliente, appartamenti all’interno di un edificio, sicurezza e reception 24h. La proprietaria dell’appartamento e suo figlio sono molto carini e ospitali. Mettono a disposizione il loro profilo Netflix sulla tv. Per noi è stato perfetto perché a pochi metri dall’aeroporto e vicino a tanti ristoranti e bar in una bella zona.

Some of the rooms didn't have Netflix, but it was also good because we were able to find other ways to entertain ourselves.

Location was excellent . Near Terminal 3 Airport. Easy access to food shops and convenience stores as well as Watson’s. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Room is big and spacious.

Well transport service fee is a bit expensive . Charged me 350 pesos to pick me up from the airport.

Nothing. The room was not what we booked but was switched, which a common Filipino way of doing many things. We stayed for a few hours after a 2 AM flight and as we kept finding roaches, dangerous open electrical connections in the bathroom, and just horrible conditions. I would never, ever stay here again.

Switching rooms from the pictures. The horrible wifi, dirty, cockroach room. These are only an investment and ran the same. The questionable cleanliness of the beds, sheets, and everything. I have photo evidence and videos.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket. T3 is literally a 5 minute drive from the apartment. If we didn't have a surfboard, we would have walked to the airport for our flight to Cebu.

There's an extra charge for early check in i.e. 100 peso per hour. This fee should be stipulated in the advertisement of the apartment. The room felt crowded and contained furniture that served no purpose. The 2 lounges were hard as rock and the TV was useless and took up valuable space. The apartment needs to be decluttered and brought up to current standards. Linen was so old, there was no top sheet and only a small blanket for 2 adults to share. Neighbour played loud music till 9pm.

Close proximity to NAIA terminal 3 - perfect for a layover stay. Lots of food options around (including McDonalds), cafes, ATM and Starbucks. We were picked up from the airport and driven to the condotel (organised by Tess and Tesha) which was flawless. We decided to sleep in the following day and just walk back to Terminal 3. It was tricky but a very casual walk!

We could not fault the rooms, nor the service. The common areas were also clean and tidy. Didn't have enough time to use the rec facilities, such as the swimming pool, but we did see it and it looked very inviting. Great work team!
