My partner and I wanted a little get away we found this place and glad we did so , The room was beautiful clean and practical nice decor, breakfast was supplied with a nice range of breakfast items and beverages to hand . The host and her husband were friendly and nothing was to much for them .had lots of chats made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend by us . Thank you ally and jim .

Carol and Roger gave us warm and friendly welcome. The room was ideal for us and we could relax in comfort. Breakfast was generous and very enjoyable. We found the bed to be very comfortable and we had good night's rest. We would love to return and will do so on our next visit to Basingstoke.

This was a great bed and breakfast stay. The accomodation was excellant and everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast (continental) was good. It would be lovely to stay there in better weather times as the garden is lovely. We have relatives in Basingstoke, so on our next visit we will stay there again if it is available.

It's great as it is, so no dislikes for us.

Directions were very easy to follow. The room and bathroom were lovely, quiet, nicely decorated and clean. Carol and Roger were very accommodating and and almost stumbled over eachother, eager to let us in and show us around! The breakfast was nicely organised and a good selection, and was really lovely of Carol to top up. The local information neatly and clearly displayed, though didn't take away from the relaxing decoration. Everything about the room was very clean and pristine. The bed was super comfy as well. Was a nice idea to have a door hanger to signal when away. Felt nice and secluded, even being in the back garden.

The fridge and kettle were quite unnerving with the odd noises they made when not being used in the dead of night. But those were very minor things, would definitely come back again!

An Amazing self contained annex with a large bathroom. Everything provided you would want. Host friendly and informative. Easy access and nearby road parking. We would stay again!

Double Bed was slightly harder than we were used to but that is personal choice.

It was a great location for us visiting family in Kempshott. Very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Plenty of breakfast was provided and replenished every morning.

The wifi connection was slightly slow for streaming films and doing work, but suitable for general usage.

It was a lovely annexe in a beautiful garden completely free to come and go situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was well decorated clean and very comfortable lovely hosts all we needed was there tea coffee milk even a fridge. Excellent will certainly go back when next that way thank you 🙂

This was my 3rd visit to the property this year. Carol and Roger are fantastic hosts and make sure that everything you need while you are there. Lovely room with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast is in the room and topped up every day, includes cereals, toast, yoghurts and juice.

Having our own entrance to our accommadation which was a garden annex. The bathroom was superb and the continental breakfast which was included in the price was excellent. There was also a fridge in the room which was very handy. The landlady was very welcoming.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Friendly people and a great garden to sit in.

We liked it but there are cats, so for people that do not like cats or are have an allergie for cats it is not a good place.

Continental breakfast supplied was perfect for our requirements.

Was a small compact room, is OK for an overnight stay. Basic continental breakfast supplied and a small TV in the room.

Car parking was a bit of a problem and nothing much around the area. Very suburban.

Really clean room with a good range of items for breakfast. Large bathroom with a nice hot shower and a warm welcome from Carol who was very helpful.

The bed is very firm which just didn’t suit us, so we didn’t sleep too well.

Location ideal for an event we were going to. Very comfy bed...cereals provided in room with fridge..tea /coffee / kettle and bread if you wanted toast with a toaster which we used..

Pillows too hard for me personally. Duvet to warm. Maybe a summer duvet ..

Ideally placed for an overnight stay before going to Heathrow, very quiet housing estate. Plenty of eating houses within a short distance of the B & B. Everything you need in the Annex Garden Room with lots of information of where to eat, extremely friendly owner who can’t do enough for you during your stay.
