The environment was excellent the cleaner and security was very helpful 1 of the best hotel I can recommend to my friends colleagues and many more.

There is nothing I can say that I didn't like it was perfect to stay.

Everything was perfect! I mean everything! The bed was comfortable and the linens are renewed everyday so clean!

Their WiFi keeps on disconnecting. One needs to keep on checking for the wifi (if it's still connected). The landline is not working. Room 114 doesn't have lights at the entrance.

The hotel is the nicest place to be.

The bathrooms didn't have mops, the towels looked so old and dirty, the wardrobe door didn't close, the room needs some re painting and the DStv did not play whole 4 days

The location was great i like it. There is peaceful no crime security is good 24/7 you feel free and safe.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The floor seems to have a few damages. My shower was broken (the door couldn’t close properly). The noise from other rooms was noticeable and it actually woke me up a number of times

I like everything about hotel, especially the room attendant (Tsepiso), she welcomed us with open arms. firstly, were lost because we used book at Bayside Hotel 116, then when we arrived at 116, she took us Bayside Hotel 100 and the room was spotless. Well done housekeeping team without you the hotel won't have guests.

The reception and security personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the service was great.

The Aircon was not producing warm/hot air.

Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast but the room was 👌 warm and clean. Wuuuu😍😍😍..we loved everything about our little heaven 😅😅...about the location I can't comment it was our first time there and we really enjoyed the stay..soon we will be returning😍👌😍😍

The tea/ coffee please..our room wasn't having any or mybe it was not on our package🤷‍♂️ and the bath towels, they put one instead of two, I had to ask the reception for the bath towel, next time please provide accordingly.
