Located in a very safe area close to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc.

When we arrived at the Hotel a young man who only spoke Spanish, through Google translate, told us that he was going to take us to our accommodation and to follow him on his motorbike in our vehicle. Huh?? We drove about 2 kms away to what looked like a normal house. We parked in the garage and another gentleman came and took us upstairs to our room. There was a kitchen and a sitting room with two little tables and chairs and then our bedroom. We were very confused!! One elderly man was sitting at the table and after we delivered our bags to our room I asked him what on earth were we doing there? He said he didn’t know either, that he got the same treatment we got. I was very confused and not happy that we weren’t in the hotel that we’d planned all our tours from so we put the bags back in the car and drove back to the hotel. I explained to the young man that we wanted the room we’d booked or he could give us our money back. This is what we booked on Booking.com Standard King Room This air-conditioned double room is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a balcony with garden views. The unit has 2 beds. He spoke at length with someone on the phone then he told us he would put us in a room in the Hotel “for our comfort”. The room was very tiny with a queen bed, ensuite and a tv. Not what we paid for. By this stage we gave up and just stayed. We were told eventually that the house is “attached Hotel accommodation. It certainly wasn’t “attached”. Also that just because we book something on Booking.com doesn’t mean that’s the room you’ll get!!?? If that’s the case I won’t be using Booking.com again! Beware when you book!!!

El desayuno no me gusto, mal servido y tipo de comida muy básica(prefabricada), seria mejor comida casera

El televisor no funcionó durante la estancia (sin señal). Almohadas muy deterioradas.

There was nothing to like . I had book my stay .. and when I got to the property … it turn out the manager said that they had over sold and that they would not honor my reservation .

On top of not honoring my reservations. They claimed 9:57 pm That my card was declined .. so they can cover their messed . As a result I have to pay $150 .00 on another property.. for wish I should get pay by the Valverde boutique … people right should be protected .

Lo único la ubicación

Llegue de un vuelo de 15 horas, y en la recepción me dicen que mi habitación esta en una casa a 2 cuadras en una pendiente muy inclinada, les dije que había elejido el hotel por la ubicación y no había ninguna nota que las habitaciones estaban fuera de la ubicación de booking su solucion que me buscara otro hotel la administradora que se puso al telefono fue muy desagradable. Luego me asignaron una habitacion con los pestillos rotos pero lo peor fue el colchon habitacion 1 los 2 conchones tienen un agujero a la altura donde te sientas. Estaba tan cansada que me resigne por que iba de paso. NO PUEDO RECOMENDARLO. Y la mayor pena que me encanta mi pais y que me gusta traer amigos esta atencion es realmente tercermundista. Viajo mucho y me encanta booking nunca me ha defraudado hasta hoy. Controlen este lugar no se ajusta a nada de lo que ofrece.

Ubicación

Limpieza de la habitación, no tenía ventilación la habitación , pésimas y viejas almohadas , la limpieza de la ducha deficiente. El cuarto era minúsculo y la caña ubicada pegada a una cortina de una ventana que no se abría.

The smell of the place. The breakfast was not that good and the worst part the staff at checkin and checkout were hot helpfull. Additionally I has an emergency and was not able to stay for the 3 nights. So I requested to pay for the night I spent and get a refund of the 2 nights I was not going to be able to stay and they were not even willing to help

Restaurants within walking distance. Easy way out to the airport/beaches/other places.

Very limited parking area. Breakfast was not included.
