This apartment I couldn't praise enough as a couple both me and my husband loved it the staff and communication was nothing I've ever seen before never have I been messaged midweek take sure everything was ok... this was brilliant the cleanliness the space the modern touch location everything just perfect my favourite stay ever in benidorm and I go yearly x

There was nothing I didn't like apart from the day it came to go home I was gutted to be leaving can't wait to be back

Perfect location if you want to hang out at Levante Beach, only 3 blocks from the beach, one block from popular night clubs so it's very convenient. Apartment is small but it has basically everything you need (except an oven). Balcony is also really good. I've read some comments about the noise but once we closed the doors and turn on the AC we couldn't hear anything. Having parking is also a great bonus.

Mattress on one side of the bed was good but the other was a bit sag so depending on which side of the bed you sleep it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Jose’ met us at 1am to allow entry, apartment was absolutely spotless was fresh water/milk due to late/early arrival, apartment has everything needed, plenty clean towels, lovely balcony and pool, clean comfortable bed, air conditioned, Netflix, Jose’ is an excellent host and went out his way to help with storing luggage after check out till time for our flight also. Janitor is around also who is also very nice if any issues although we didn’t have any, I would highly recommend and hope to return as excellent location for main strip and old town also. My sister and I really enjoy our time in the apartment.

The owner was really helpful from asking about getting into the property before I came right up to the day I left. The property was very clean and tidy. Attention to detail with towel quality to adequate bedding and comfy bed and pillows. The location is just perfect for the strip, beach and not that far to the old town either if you take a nice stroll down the promenade.

Not the owners fault but it can be noisy with the bar below being open till daylight and the nightclub round the corner, however it's so close to the strip you have to take the compromise! Only fault really was that there was no full length mirror for us ladies haha although I have brought this to the lovely owners attention.

The apartment was beautiful and Jose couldn't do enough. It was clean and very modern.
