Rafee did everything possible to inform us about lots of things and it was amazing how fast everyone responded! + LOCATION! The view over Burj Khalifa and the whole Dubai Mall area (from both bedrooms + living room) was extraordinary! + The apartment itself is one of a kind!! Huge, well equipped, high class furniture and with great facilities at the building at no extra cost (apart from the parking). + Proximity to Dubai Mall & Metro via the overlay which is connected to the building!

Luxurious apartment with the incredible view to Burj Khalifa Location, location, location! Located in the downtown of Dubai, in the famous Address Boulevard building, next to the world tallest building Burj Khalifa, the beautiful The Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall. The Address Boulevard building has a direct indoor access to Dubai Mall where you can find all the possible brand shops and restaurants, the biggest digital art center Infinity des Lumières, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo (one of the largest suspended aquariums in the world) and much more. It was so convenient to get to Dubai Mall (visited it every day and sometimes even twice 😊) and Metro Station. We felt very welcome! The host contacted us before our stay and provided all the needed information and helped us to arrange a driver with the luxurious minivan to take us from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport as well when our vacation was over. We arrived with an early morning flight, but the host was there to welcome us, gave us the possibility to check in to the apartment at 1pm instead of 3pm, provided a quick orientation of the facilities and apartment. The host welcomed us with a very nice complementary snacks and drinks. Our little 3-year lady also received a balloon that make her very happy! The host was very friendly and helpful during our stay – checked every other day how we are doing, do we need any help. And the VIEW – just amazing! Overlooking to the city skyline. We most of our time in the apartment sat on the balcony and just enjoyed the view – watched the sun sets, fountain shows, Burj Khalifa and how the city turn into lights (live). Of course, also enjoyed the pool area: 1) the kids pool with the slide and lifeguard 2) the infinity pool with a pool bar and restaurant This big 2-bedroom apartment was the ideal place for our family vacation for 8 days. The rooms were very spacious with neutral tones and high-end furnishings.

We Hotel hopped six 5 star hotels over 6 weeks, stayed here for 6 nights which was by far the best stay out of them all. I’m usually difficult to please but deservedly gave this stay 10 out of 10 for the following reasons. 1. Check-in/Property owner: I tend to over analyze things and ask a lot of questions prior to and during my stay in very unusual hours, Amir response was rapid, efficient and courteous, had to ask myself when does he sleep. He accompanied us during check in which was nice when u have kids and loads of bags, gave us a basic tour and welcomed us to the hotel apartment, the room was stocked with complimentary soft drinks, tea coffee, snacks and chocolate. Kids loved it. 2. Hotel location: I’ve stayed in the Address Skyview before which is identical to Address Boulevard, but Boulevard wins hands down on location. 7 min walk through aircon sky walkway to the luxury brand side of Dubai mall, 12min to all the amazing restaurants and kids play areas. 3. The Hotel: Sense of a cozy home away from home feel but with the luxurious 5 star services you find with a top notch hotel. 24/7 room service, concierge, beautiful infinity pool (amazing views and not overly busy), etc, etc. The smell of the hotel and apartment was amazing, you could bottle and sell it. The clientele is very sophisticated and upmarket, so if your looking for a party hotel atmosphere it’s probably not for you. Washing machine and balcony for drying was a god send as we’d built up a load of kids clothes, thanks for the complimentary washing liquid Amir. 4. Kids services: The hotel has an activity club £20 per hour, we dropped them at 10am collected them at 6pm which gave us a well deserved day to ourselves. Dubai mall itself has tons of kids activities, my kids 5y & 6y enjoyed Ice skating, VR arcade, and aquarium where parents can join in.

Room service food and breakfast at the restaurant was 5 star. I had lunch at the hotel restaurant once which was pretty average, but being a big foody we experimented eating out lunch and dinner in as many different restaurants as possible in and around Dubai Mall where your spoilt for choice. Like all hotels in Dubai, hotel taxis/limo are pricy about 50%-60% more, I did not like the fact that as soon as you step out of the hotel they try to up sell their cars. Always ask for a normal taxi which the staff outside will help flag down.

Before we came to the apartment we were a bit afraid that it wouldn’t be as good as in the pictures. It seemed a little too good to be true. But ur wasn’t. The host was amazing. So service minded and really helpful. The apartment was amazing in a stunning hotel building. And the location couldn’t been better.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in brilliant location, very short walk to Dubai Mall.

Location and view are amazing. You can access Dubai Mall by walk and you have a great view on Burj Khalifa. Very warm welcome and attention to details was appreciated.
