The location was great, apartment looked great and was occupied with everything we needed

Our bathroom was not at the same standard as the room, water flow was poor, there was no shower head and overall it was less comfortable. My sister had different room with great bathroom so my comment refer only to my specific room.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ermine Suites apartment in Krakow. Situated in the heart of Krakow, we were within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we chose to dine in. We were grateful for the owner genuine effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

For sure one of the best apartments you could ever stay in for Krakow. The facilities, cleanness, location just steps from all old town attractions. Highly recommended for families with little kids.

Parking is little bit far and expensive but it worth-able

There was nothing that I didn't like except the parking. But it's the center so it's normal.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds, an elevator to take you there as well as a very central location.

Quite noisy, both in terms of hearing people in the apartment above as well as from the construction going on in the neighbouring building at the moment.

The suite was beautiful, well equipted. Great location and a lovely hospitality.

Spacious, excellent location 2 minutes to main Old Town square. Fantastic base for exploring Krakow. Joanna very helpful with organising taxi.

Nothing to report

Joanne was lovely, I cannot fault her communication. She went over and beyond for us. There was a big group staying here for a family wedding and the place is in a great location and has a court yard that can be used. All the staff were extremely friendly too.

My stay at Ermine Suites was absolutely amazing. It’s just off the square, literally a one minute walk and you are in the centre of everything. From the moment we walked in you could see how clean and immaculately kept it was. We arrived quite early in the day and received a message the night before saying we could check in at 9. This was great as check in was usually later and it meant we didn’t have to walk around with our cases. We had room number 7 which was on the 4th floor so it was lovely and quiet and had an elevator too so was no hassle at all. The room again was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend. Lovely and spacious, plenty of towels, bath robes, slippers and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen even though we never used it was well equipped and there was some lovely touches such as tea bags, bottled water, dishwasher and washing tabs if you wanted to use the washing machine (which I did and the tabs smelt lovely). I didn’t know my husband had also messaged the suites privately as it was our anniversary and when I arrived they lay out a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, a balloon and a happy anniversary sign for us. I could honestly go on and on about how lovely a place it is. Bed was comfy, shower was great and toiletries were also supplied ie shower gel, hand soap/lotion. We had a late flight home and because the apartment wasn’t booked out they allowed us to keep the room until our taxi came. The service we have received has been second to none and I would not hesitate on staying her again if I return to Poland.

Trip spoiled by rowdy guests in another apartment who had no respect for other guests. Party central for the weekend.

Location great. Apartment nice. Host very nice and helpful. Water and coffee pods replaced after 3rd day. We stayed for 5 nights.

No window in bedroom or sitting room so if you are bit claustrophobic ask for room with window. Bathroom and hallway had windows and skylight to kitchen so some natural light. Apartment charter states after 3 nights, apartment will be serviced to include bedding and towel change and general clean. However, after our 3rd night stay. No service of apartment other than water and coffee being replaced. Bedding and towels had not been changed. No toilet roll replaced we had to ask (cleaner did bring up to us). Noticed after cleaner left, bin was also full and needed emptying. We only had 2 more night so let it go but on hindsight, should have informed host.
