Good location, close to the train station

Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable. Even had PJs on bed for our use. Garden restaurant was a bit pricey but food was very good. Service was impeccable

Location is out of the way, but is good if you are moving onto a cruise. The hotel only seems to have one bar in it, which given the size of the hotel seems odd, and you will have to wait to get a seat as it’s not a big bar again given the size of the hotel.

We stayed in three different hotels (Tokyo / Kyoto & Osaka) before we arrived at the Grand Nikko, and of all the hotels we stayed in I found the staff here genuinely rude and disinterested, and this was the only 5 star hotel we stayed in during our trip. Also pool can only be used by over 16’s we had two very disappointed kids who were looking forward to using the pool after two weeks slogging around Japan.

It’s in a fantastic location, with everything at your fingertips. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Tried to extend a night. First told $400 and wanted to think about it… went back to the desk an hour later and he told us now $500. We then went on booking.com and bought the extra night for $380

The hotel is spectacularly clean. The staff are all more than just helpful. The overall feeling is one of spaciousness and comfort. Every detail was paid attention to, from the luxurious decor, the newspaper in the morning, great lighting, quiet surroundings, nothing was left undone to make me feel at ease.

Отель удобно расположен. Вход на станцию сразу у выхода из отеля. Из окон потрясающий вид на радужный мост, на залив, красивый холл, просторные номера. Завтрак на двух этажах вполне разнообразный. В номерах чисто, есть чайник. У входа в отель - комбини, аптека и еще какието магазинчики. Напротив огромный торговый центр. Мы посещали спортзал - за отдельную плату. На 30 этаже есть ресторан где повар готорвит мясо и лобстеров прямо перед вами. Очень впечатляюще))))

Отель несколько «уставший». В ванной комнате видно что швы плитки пожелтели и все какое-то словно из 90-х годов. В зависимости от номера ты получаешь платный или бесплатный вход в спортзал и спа. Это уже как-то точно не для 5 звезд. Ну и завтрак мог бы быть поразнообразнее а не повторяться каждый день один и тот же. Я ждала большего.

Very good location, nice lobby and the service at the restaurants was excellent ! In general the staff was willing and polite to serve the guests. The rooms are large with plenty of amenities and nice view. The train is next to the hotel and in 20' it takes you to the city centre at a small cost.

Mattresses and pillows need to be changed. Our sleep in the beds was not comfortable and the feel of the mattress was very hard. This is not consistent with the general image of the accomodation.

Het feit dat ze op een 2 persoon kamer een extra bed plaatsen waardoor er nauwelijks to geen ruimte is voor je bagage of om überhaupt rond te lopen.

Such opulence straight off the Daiba train station! Elegant, comfortable rooms. Close to Tokyo bay tourist sights. Gorgeous staff. Just an easy stay. Thanks Grand Nikko.

We didn't use any facilities like gym or restaurants, so can't comment.

We were suprised to executive lounge et all and lots of canapés and alcohol time in between. The staff very pleasant

The pool I was initially not allowed to wear my garmin watch 😌 I was in Tokyo for the marathon so tracking is my thing. I am a triathlete. I had to get them to get the boss who eventually let me. I didn’t have to go through all that drama, it was exhausting. Cept that all pretty good 👍🏽

The hotel arranged the three rooms we'd booked for family members to be next to each other on the same floor. It was a lovely hotel and we loved the views over Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast (buffet) was very good - both variety and quality. We didn't try the sushi but would have if we had another day! Teppanyaki on the 30th floor was a great experience.

Bathroom cabinets were a little shabby, though everything else in the room was a very good standard.

前台服务人员态度很差，问班车，办理入住都很不耐烦，客房人员打扫完房间没仔细检查地毯上的垃圾，希望下次可以认真检查一下，和其它同类型酒店比性价比太差，各方面的服务意识都需加强，尤其是对待外国游客。

非常棒！早晨送报纸，还很贴心给外国人送英语报纸📰，但最后一天没有送

空调噪音似乎有些大。还好现在天气冷，晚上关闭空调也很舒适，要是夏天关空调睡的话可能就会比较热了。

I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted from an overnight flight. I knew I was far too early to book into my room but it's such a large hotel that I thought the reception may be able to accommodate me. They did indeed, seeing how bad I looked, they offered me a room four hours ahead of my pre-booked time. To say I was grateful, was an understatement! The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Port where I was boarding a ship 2 days later. I only ate at the hotel, breakfast was excellent and well priced and I ate at 2 of the restaurants both of which were very expensive but you get what you pay for and they were exceptional with amazing views from the top floor.

I was only there 2 nights and I couldn't fault the hotel as it ticked all my requirements for a short stay.

Nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful lobby and some useful amenities close by/inside like a grocery store and several restaurants/bakery. The room was pretty big for Tokyo and had a stunning view. Very close to the airport, only a 20 min drive to Haneda and a £20-30 fare.

For a short stay it’s fine, but longer than a few days you may get annoyed with the relatively remote location. In Odaiba itself there’s shopping and restaurants (although many close early, around 9-10pm with last orders an hour before). To get into central Tokyo it takes around an hour by subway, worth bearing in mind if you want to go into the city every day.

I booked this hotel for swimming pool for my kids and they didn’t get to use it as from evening it’s for adult - during day everyone has to explore Tokyo not stay in pool and we thought we would spend the evening in the pool and NO! My kids were so upset and it broke my heart
