The air condition not cold, the hotel charge me for spelling chocolate on comforter.

Not rushed, only couple of visitors in a huge hotel. Generally having all you need and safety area as well.
Location is not the best, but you may still walk to downtown. This hotel has already seen it's best years (needs renovation). If you prefer to have some life and action - do not choose this hotel, vice versa a good choice for relaxing.

The people were nice
we booked here because they had a pool, sadly the pool was very un used, no water in it and very dirty and in poor repair

Not much, it was very catered for non-western visitors in my opinion. The bed was uncomfortable, the decor quite dated and the cleaners did half the room. Really disappointing.
Pretty much everything, I genuinely wouldn’t recommend.
