1） Room was not cleaned. 2） Room was very old, wall paper and paints are dirty, still using TV 15 years ago model, image are blurry. 3) Life corridor look scary in the evening.

Molt bona ubicació, a Futian. Molt aprop de la Torre Ping An Finance Center i del Coco Park, zona financera i comercial de Shenzhen. Bona relació qualitat/preu.
Parlen fatal anglès, inclús a l'hotel, com a tota Xina...sense traductor no et pots comunicar de cap manera. Habitació amb olor de fum.

Bed and bathroom were in a mezzanine level, which is not convenient when traveling with large bags

Cleanest was awful. Floor Under bed was disgusting, air conditioner never cleaned.

Close to coco park mall, Starbucks and convenient location to major market within 20 - 30 RMB.
Front desk lady Lilly is exceptional support and speaks English.

Good value for the price. Walking distance to Coco Park
I already paid during checkin so I’m not sure why it took a little longer to checkout than checkin.
Also you can hear noise through windows so not the most quiet room.
