This little apartment was perfect for our visit to La Jolla. The location was perfect, size was great and the garage was spacious. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness. I found it not as clean as I would have liked and there were two used sponges left in the kitchen with no new sponges for us to use. Besides that, the space was perfect and communication with the property manager was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Nadia and Jay’s place. Nadia is a wonderful host. She was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and was very helpful with recommendations. The property is in the perfect location. Having a dedicated parking space in the garage was super helpful. We almost couldn’t fit our rental though. A car or small SUV is probably best. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was conveniently located to all the main attractions in San Diego. I would happily stay here again :)

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our small family. We walked to the beach, shops, restaurants, and had a garage for our rental car. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Nadia was very easy to communicate with. Property was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children, particularly the living/dining area. Kids loved the little garden area.
Really appreciated having basics stocked: toilet paper, travel soap, cleaning suppplies, coffee/filters/splenda.
Having a dedicated parking space/garage was super helpful with children and loading beach items.
Rental came with beach chairs, towels and sand toys. Super helpful not to have to purchase for only a weekend trip.
Rental has Roku TVs so easy to login to whichever app you use (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) and use your normal profile.

Nadia's place is close to lots of good restaurants and the beach. We walked along the Lajolla shoreline and saw many seals, sea lions, and different birds. The property looks exactly like the photos. Clean and very well stocked. The garden is lovely. Would highly recommend.

It was a lovely place close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We made good use the kitchen and enjoyed the property when we were not at the beach, the local pool, watching the sea lions and seals, visiting the Birch Aquarium, Carlsbad Flower Fields and San Diego. All close by destinations that made our spring break a wonderful experience with our granddaughters!

We have stayed in Nadia and Jay’s garden apartment several times. It’s perfect for us. The location can’t be best with a short walk to both beautiful Wind and Sea beach and downtown LaJolla. In under 20 minutes you’re in downtown San Diego. The apartment has everything you need and Nadia and Jay are wonderful hosts - extremely responsive and eager for their guests to have a wonderful visit.

Our two week stay at this property was fabulous. The property is truly "as advertised" the rooms were spacious and the location is very convenient to the beach and downtown La Jolla. Very nice property. (Restored my faith in Vrbo after our experience in FL). Location was nice. Short walk, a few blocks, to the beach. We didn’t walk at night but walked the area quite a bit during the day and felt very safe. Appreciated the car garage.

This is a charming apartment exactly as pictured. We could walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, the La Jolla Cove. We could relax in the courtyard with our morning coffee or evening wine. We enjoyed our time at this apartment. I would definitely return.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It was extremely comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer came in handy for my family’s needs. Comfortable beds, and great overall atmosphere of the rental. The front garden was also very cute and private. We felt very safe here as well, and the garage was a huge plus! Location was within a 5-10 minute walk to Windansea Beach (really neat Tide Pools), restaurants and shops. Nadia was a gracious host and went out of her way to make sure we knew our way around town. This property is just as pictured! Clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful touches throughout the apartment, the access to the garden, being a short walk to the beach and minutes by car to so many fantastic destinations. Nadia leaves you a binder full of ideas for activities and restaurants if you want them. If we needed anything, Nadia was right there ready to accommodate us. Having our own garage spot with beach gear was a bonus! Future renters will want to know we had so much privacy even though this is an attached apartment. You will appreciate the kitchen and dining supplies too. We loved everything about this La Jolla gem of a place! We hope to be back again! Thank you Nadia and Jay for a fantastic place to stay!

Just home from an amazing week in this rental in La Jolla. The property itself is ideal. Beautifully presented with lovely attention to detail. Couldn’t fault it. Nadia was a lovely host. Very helpful and knowledgable and info about things to do and local amenities all provided in very useful folder. Beach chairs, towels and kids beach toys even provided. As for location. Perfect. Easy walking distance to ocean the many beautiful restaurants. Short driving distances to all the sights eg SeaWorld, Midway, downtown, zoo etc. All in all the perfect holiday rental. Outdoor space charming too. We hope to be back.

We LOVE this apartment!
This is our third year we have stayed in this apartment and will continue to book in the future. We like to walk and bike to the beach and the Village so this location is perfect. We are able to go to the amazing restaurants that are in this area, or stay home and cook in the kitchen that has everything you need. The private, secure entrance, the garage and washer/dryer in the apartment just make this location perfect. We have occasionally needed to have a Zoom meeting and the connection was great. The outdoor patios are private and comfortable. Nadia and Jay are great hosts and attentive to your needs.
