Nada fue una noche desagradable
Baño sucio puerta ventanas sin seguridad no se pudieron cerrar aire no enfría correctamente mis compañeras y yo amanecimos con alergia por ácaros y lo mas asqueroso fue una cucaracha en el baño y sobrevolo toda la habitación muy mala experiencia habitación 305

The staff was ok.
The facilities were disgusting. Half of sheets on bed covering mattress. And horrible broken and water swollen furniture. Neighborhood was questionable, to say the least. Did not feel comfortable. Had to leave and get another room elsewhere.

The owner was very attentive and kind. She went out of her way to make sure we had a nice experience. A fine and young lady, greatly honoring the old hospitality tradition.
Problems can happen sometimes. But it's this hotel owner's willingness to help that made all the difference.

Air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was ok
Possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! Location is awful, impossible to leave the hotel without a car or taxi. Staff were not friendly and quite unhelpful. I had to ask for basic things like towels and toilet paper. TV didn't work, asked twice for a new remote control but still no solution. Wifi is essentially non existent! Overall, terrible experience

Booking.com review claimed breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was no food!
The room was not cleaned after the first night. We had to ask for clean towels after returning to the room. The first room’s bathroom window was missing glass so bugs and other critters could come in. We asked to be moved to another room.
