Location, size of the room, room rate, staff.
no sufficient light, some are not working. I had to switch on the water heater for the toilet every day. Cooker did not work. We stayed for three weeks so we bought our cooking equipment.

Location is perfect for business trip to foshan, on the ground floor there is starbucks coffee and other chinese restaurants, shopping center next door with excellent supermarket, metro station is just one min walk.
I love the location, was just perfect and made our life easy here.
It is serviced apartments, however, Kitchen is totally empty, no tools whatsoever. We had to rent selected ones for 36cny a day.
