Checking in and out with minimal fuss. Attentive staff. Great room with splendid view. Location excellent. Very quiet. Good breakfast.

The television in the room was surprisingly difficult to operate but maybe we’re just technophobic.

Expensive for one night

Asked for high floor and this was taken into account. Hotel was fully booked but still quiet.

it was very expensive as there were three concerts on in Manchester the night we stayed.

Good service. All very clean and fresh. Staff were very helpful. Bar staff very helpful giving still water for room.

Bed was a bit hard. Felt the price was expensive for what we received. Room was quite stuffy at night. Aircon room control didnt seem very effective.

Room looked amazing except we had two beds pushed together instead of nice big bed. It was very expensive but it is Manchester city centre. The shower very confusing, definitely needed instructions.

we like the clean modern lines. beds are lovely and large.

the breakfast this time was not as good as usual. lacking in bread department. usually there are granary type bagels and some other items were missing from breakfast. due to private functions we couldn’t use restaurant or bars which is a shame.

Great location for HOME Theatre in Manchester, ie bang next door. I liked the steam and sauna rooms I had a large spacious double upstairs, with generous refreshments ( coffees, cold drinks). I liked the shower. Restaurant downstairs was excellent albeit rather slow in providing first course. I liked the design of the hotel downstairs, very modern.

The bedroom was gloomy in that some walls were dark gray, but that is easily rectified. The carpet had seen better days. Bed was massive but not that comfortable, but I guess I don't like hard mattresses.

Modern, clean and comfortable

It was at a very strategic location I’d say, the Metrolink is just 2 mins away and that connects easily to other parts of the city which is so easy to understand as well. The breakfast are amazing, good enough to fill up your tummy to get the day going and the room is really clean and love the complimentary drinks!

Friendly welcome within walking distance of town , plenty places to eat as well as in Hotel, we were lucky and stayed at a very reasonable price. Played car park very close by and secure, i would advise when you book at Hotel mention parking as they do a discount for guests .

Not much to dislike apart from looked at booking there again couple months later and room price was double for that particular weekend.

Incredibly well located hotel with great services and very friendly staff. The hotel was well maintained and clean and the rooms very spacious. Overall it was a first rate experience.
