Le manque de respect, le petit déjeuner où j’ai trouvé des produits périmés (que j’ai signalé au personnel mais que rien n’a été fait)

Good location for where I needed to be. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

I paid for the hotel in early June and then the day before I arrived, I was charged an additional amount. I brought it up when I checked in and they said they would look into it. They should have been able to look it it immediately and noticed that I was overcharged. After a few days, they finally admitted that they made a mistake but couldn’t figure out how to give me back my money. They said they could not issue a credit back to my credit card because it had to be done in the same day as the erroneous charge. They then said that when I’m ready to check out, that I would get back my money. I insisted that I get my money back immediately since it was their mistake. They finally agreed to issue a cash refund, but then wanted to give me in rupees. I was leaving to return to the US, so I had no need for rupees. They then said that they would exchange the rupees for US dollars, but when they did the exchange, I was still shortchanged. They said that they had to go by the exchange rate. Again, since it was their mistake, they should issue a credit for the exact amount that I was overcharged. I was so frustrated that I was willing to lose the few dollars. My wife then insisted that they do something and they gave us a complimentary dinner. It was a nice gesture and it should have been something that offered on their own.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast, courteous staff.

Had to request for a second set of towel and toiletries though we booked a room for 2 people. TV wasn't working properly.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and more importantly the courteous attitude. of the staff

I only recommend the spread can be consolidated at one place instead of 2 separate areas

This is a tighly managed small property. The rooms are spot on - HK is tidy and Front Office is prompt. The kitchen in simple - I just had b/fast but it was delicious. The Exec Chef was on duty @b/fast which was a wonder.

Market location

The hotel room was very big. It also has its own restaurants which is very convenient for foreign visitors however the choice of buffet might be limited. It is also very near to convenient store to get grocery.

The food at the rooftop bar could be quite expensive. the traffic in front of hotel was busy and can be noisy if your room is facing the road.

probably the height of entrance and there is steep for older people to climb no route for older people
