There is a big problem with the key. I couldn’t get the help right away. All the people wait for more than thirty minutes in cold late afternoon! The beds weren’t clean at all. I could smell the smoke smell when opening the door of the apartment.

Check-in was done at late night and we appreciated the owner to wait for us to arrive despite delaying our arrival timing. The house was very spacious and sufficient for us to let our kids run around abit. Owner was prompt in messages, although communication could be a little better face-to-face during check-in if he knows how to speak some English. Location was good, short drive to many places.

Came during winter and the heater is not warm enough for the living room. Showering area and washing machine area is also very cold. The house could also be more maintained as the baby cot we requested to use was a little damaged and some of the floorboard actually pop up, causing me to trip a few times. Not very soundproof as our kids are awoken by someone who is talking in the living room in the morning.

Very confortable and clean space. Host went beyond its commitments to make sure we were confortable. Perfect for family.

The host was very nice. The facility inside the house is also out of my expectation. I would like to say that this is the best experience for me.
