This hotel, where we stayed for just one night, won us over with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast buffet. Another great feature was their flexibility in allowing us to check in late at night.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, es la 2a. Vez que me alojo aquí y lo volvería a hacer, sin embargo recomiendo que verifiquen en estado de las habitaciones antes de entregarlas, ya qué por ejemplo, en desagüe del lavamanos estaba poco fluido y el agua se estancaba y el bote de Gel de baño estaba vacío... al comentarle a recepción se ofrecieron a verificar, pero ya estábamos instalados y descansando por lo que preferimos dejar pasar por alto el tema.

Кровати полтуроки (double!), кондиционер работал сильно и невозможно было сделать меньше к тому же он очень шумный,, из-за этого мне приходилось раз 10 вставать ночью и включать и отключать его на стене, потому что детям было то холодно, то жарко. Я из-за этого совсем не выспалась. В 7.30 утра на этаже сработала пожарная сигнализация и пока мы не позвонили на ресепшн, её не отключали. В итоге сна почти не было. На жалобу нам просто принесли извенения. Я очень разочарована за такие деньги не иметь комфорт и здоровый сон. Мы останавливались в многих отелях Манагуа и имели разный опыт, но я точно выспалась в большинстве недорогих и маленьких отелях. Я купила дорогой отель для того чтобы я точно выспалась перед важной встречей. Очень разочарована!

The hot meal breakfast was very good. It contained eggs, ham, fruit, juices, cereal and coffee. All items were very good. The beds were of very high quality and had a very relaxing sleep.
It would be better if they offered English Tv channels as well as spanish.

Very nice US style hotel in Managua. Probably one of the nicest hotels in town and you pay corresponding US style rates but it was exactly what I needed. 6th floor room was nice and had a view of the lake. Clean, comfortable, good size with all the thoughtful amenities of modern hotel. Parking in front or back of hotel with 24x7 guard. Pretty good breakfast as well. Good wifi. Has a grab and go area with essentials and some drinks. Some OK restaurant options next door.
Nothing really. Expensive for Nicaragua but OK for US type prices.

Good hotel. Overall good service but nothing incredible. I would say pretty average service.
It was a bit dirty but not horrible. When we checked in the person checking us in helped us, did everything correctly but didn't seem like they were having a great day.
