The hosts were brilliant. The property was great except for the fact that there were only two air conditioners in the entire house which did not cool down the property, and there was no dishwasher which for a house that sleeps 12 people is not ideal.

A dishwasher and more airconditioning units would have made a lovely stay absolutely fabulous.

The old town of Sperlonga is interesting and Tiberius's Palace

Water in showers and sinks was inconsistent running hot and then cold. At one point we had no hot water and two little children who needed baths. These facilities were inadequate. There was no dish washer in a house for 10 people! There were no culinary knives at all, so preparing food was tricky. The villa was for 10 people yet there were only coffee makers for 4 people. There was inadequate seating and one of the bedrooms had no door. It was a very noisy house, I would not recommend this for a family for a relaxing holiday. There was broken glass on the patio outside, we had two little two year olds so this was not good. On the roof terrace there were old cigarette butts, clearly these areas had not been cleaned.
