It was very clean room. And there were many rooms, it was enough space for 5 person family.

In a washing machine, some dishes were remaining with dirty and bad smell...

The Shower was awful, either scalding hot or freezing cold. Bathroom doors were veer very loud and squeekie.

Within walking distance from a vaporetto stop. Easy to walk everywhere

There was an emergency that we did not expect. In the bathroom, the glass partition just crumbled

It is completely empty. They did not leave anything useful except used soaps & shampoo from previous guests. In the winter, they don't set the heating more than 19 degrees (according to some law they claim, which is hard to believe as we stayed in 2 other locations and this law did not apply). Our family got sick because of cold, as the building is quite old and lets the wind in. Their policy is to threaten you in general. Everything is a warning message. Don't forget to throw away your trash, or you will be fined 400 euros. Don't try to change heating, you will be fined 500 euros. They are extremely obsessed with money and simply look forward to catch your mistake. Sheets and towels had a weird odour, probably from not being washed properly. Luckily we followed all the rules of the big brother and didn't need to pay any fines; but I would not stay here again for sure.

Property is located in th heart of Venice and convenient for walking around and explore the city. Amazing patio view and door codes are very convenient.

Kitchen utensils and appliances were very minimal. Dishwasher could be newer. No coffee machine, no wine glasses and many other items were missing.

the kitchen was missing coffee maker the toaster didn't work there was no kitchen towel/sponge In the bathroom there was no hook to hang the towel. there was no paper pot. the heating did not work 100%

Central location. Spacious apartment. Lift close to apartment.

Risky payment method. Had to go to a third party website to pay. Have read in the papers of a scam that operates in the same manner. In the end it was okay, fortunately it was not a scam and the accomodation was real. Difficult to locate. Low water pressure. TV did not work. Sparce cutlery and crockery. Furniture needs replacement. A bit expensive for what you get.

Location was near supermarket and good places to eat. Value for money. Clean. Great for family of 4. Host was super fast to respond.

We didn't meet the hosts, but communication over phone was great. The property is well located, but it is still quiet there. The apartment was well equipped, two bathrooms were a great bonus in the morning.

Kitchen could be equipped a bit more. The rooms were a bit dark, as the few windows lead to a narrow passage.

the bathroom was smelling horribly of wastewater (while this can happen in Venice, it was an extraordinarily bad smell); sofa bed in questionable condition; dirty dishes in kitchen; no salt, sugar or other basic amenities in kitchen - also we could not find a lighter to turn on the stove (gas).

Good Venetian experience, rooms were spacious, bathroom new, good location.

Other apartments in the complex had modern glass balustrades on the windows to make it safer, and it would good if these could be added to this apartment as the apartment is very high up.

A beautiful Venetian building with statues, marble stairs and gorgeous ironwork in the communal areas. The apartment had traditional roof beams and shutters on the windows. We could see a canal from the back windows by sticking our heads out, that gave us a thrill....we were right there!The owner was easily contactable and sent clear instructions with photos on how to find the hidden (so many places are hidden!) location.

As usual I couldn't fathom the shower temp so gave up without properly trying and had cold showers.

- no possibility to cook a coffee - even on request no 2nd blanket for the kids - bed for the kids is not comfortable

we could go in and out without keys was a plus.
