Super aardig personeel. Fijne en schone kamers

This is a fabulous hotel with a welcoming and helpful team. We stayed for 5 nights and on arrival were upgraded to a larger room. The team cannot do enough to help and were always available. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. The pool is small but there are sufficient sun loungers and it was a welcome respite from the afternoon heat. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends, fabulous value for money!

Es un lugar hermoso, y muy céntrico. Quedamos maravillados con el personal y la limpieza. El desayuno extraordinario. El chico de la recepción (olvidé su nombre 😢) fue muy atento, nos dio recomendaciones de cada lugar y nos ayudó con un tour para resolver nuestras dudas. Excelente lugar para descansar y para recibir un buen trato.

As with many/most hotels in Thailand, I'd very much prefer a plug for the sink. Note: Most Ferang need to shave in the morning. Doing so in cold water is a step too far for some!! 🤣

very nice rooms, super clean and spacious. close to the old town and the night markets nearby. the reception is super nice, always very helpful. they can order you a reliale taxi for an early morning flight.

Very clean, in a quite area walking distance from the old town and all the cafes and restaurants. Super friendly and caring staff.

직원 매우 친절하고 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다. 여행자를 위한 자료나 정보 제공도 좋았습니다. 여행자의 입장에서 모든 문제를 접근하는 자세가 특히 좋았습니다. 도로에 가까우나 약간 떨어져 있어서 전체적으로 조용합니다. 새소리를 들으며 아침잠에서 깰 정도 입니다. 수영장이 사진에 비해 상당히 작습니다. 또한 낮에는 서양 장년, 노인 투숙객들이 일광욕을 하므로, 어린 아이들이 시끄럽게 물놀이 하기에는 어려운 분위기 입니다. 패밀리 스투디오를 성인 3명(가족)이 이용하였는데, 중간에 연결문이 있어 매우 편리하고 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 사진보다 큽니다.

타페 게이트에서 도보로 15-20분(성인 기준) 떨어져 있습니다. 어린 아이가 걷기에는 무리이고 또 도로도 차가 많아 위험합니다. 초등학생 정도의 자녀가 있는 가족은 택시 이용을 생각하셔야 할 듯!(다만 택시비 쌉니다). 방음이 조금 아쉽습니다. 옆방 욕실의 샤워 소리, 물 내리는 소리가 방까지 들립니다.

Staff was great and even offered to adjust the firmness of the bed for us if it was too firm or soft. James went above and beyond to help us. The bike rentals were very convenient and the bikes were in excellent condition. The free water and coffee and snacks were a great perk. The room was large and very clean. The location was great, right outside of the old city wall. The paid laundry service was punctual and professional.

We booked this place primarily for the pool and unfortunately could not use it because it was almost always in the shade and the water was freezing cold. Also, the pool was not clean and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the water since the rest of the hotel and the rooms were very clean. The cocktails at the pool bar were very pricy so we didn't end up ordering any.

The staff were extremely helpful, from check in to check out! Nice check in process with some welcome drinks, and a detailed description of how everything works at the hotel. Rooms cleaned regularly, and they ask if you’d like your room cleaned or not, lovely pool, cheap cocktails and nice breakfast! Staff were also on hand to help us book day trips, provide advice and anything at all we needed!

Pretty grubby with lots of ‘sticking plasters’ to cover up areas that require work. Pool area, although swept frequently was pretty dirty and sun loungers etc could do with repair. It’s rather dull with the plants , trees etc Not allowed to smoke on your balcony , only at pool area or car park

The staff was amazing, so supportive, friendly and attentive. Room was spacious with a small balcony. Breakfast options are very good. Some free amenities, like coffee/tea/water/cracker. Staff is arranging all activities for you if you wish. Centrally located but in a small side street and hence very quiet area.

The rooms are not well soundproofed, in case you are sensitive to this, better to bring some earplugs.

El hotel es lindo, tiene piscina y la atención del personal es excelente, siempre buscando ayudar con la mejor actitud y disposición.

La limpieza debajo de la cama. No lográbamos encontrar el control del AC por lo que llamamos a recepción y vino alguien a ayudarnos a buscar. Desafortunadamente la persona del hotel y nosotros revisamos al tiempo debajo de la cama y había muchísimo polvo, mugre e incluso una botella de refresco vacía (que no era nuestra). Lo que no nos gustó además de ver esto es que la persona del hotel vio esto mismo pero no hizo nada al respecto sino actuó como si no hubiera visto nada. Realmente es lo único. Si no hubiéramos revisado debajo de la cama sería un 10.

Oh where do I begin? We had such a lovely stay! The lodge is situated in a perfect location and the staff are all lovely! Our bed was super comfortable and we also loved lounging by the pool area after a long day exploring the beauty of Chiang Mai! The lodge has such a quaint and amazing vibe, it is the perfect place to meet fellow travellers from around the world who all share the same passion for Thailand and most importantly, Chiang Mai! 🇹🇭❤️ I felt very emotional the day we left , but We will forever cherish our stay at My ChiangMai Boutique Lodge and will definitely be back! 😃

The staff at My Chiangmai Boutique were very accommodating to myself and my partner’s different arrival times.

I was expecting a balcony with a view of the city or the pool. I got a room with a balcony blocked by a wooden fence, facing the carpark. Perhaps My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge can state what kind of balcony is available. I would have been happy to pay more for a nicer balcony.

The staff at My Chiangmai are amazing, so lovely, friendly and helpful which definitely stood out for us. The room was lovely and spacious, with a closet and dressing table, the bed was super comfy and soft, and the bathroom was good. Cleaning was of a high standard too. We didn’t use the pool much as we were out during the days, but it does lose the sun quite early on in the afternoon. The location is good, about a 10 min walk to the old city and restaurants etc. We booked a day trip through the hotel to the national park and this was really good! I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is small and quiet at night and has a lovely feel about it.

The bathroom could maybe use a bit of a touch up here and there along the edges, but nothing to be too concerned about!

Very central location, although unsure when we first arrived (at night) we quickly discovered that everything we needed or wanted to see was minutes away. Anything outside of that and the hotel staff were quick to arrange for you!

員工非常的友善且樂於助人。因為要慶祝朋友的生日，我請求員工事先幫我訂蛋糕，他們也很樂意的幫忙準備！且飯店有提供腳踏車租借，非常建議租借腳踏車逛古城！房間也很乾淨，可以調整枕頭的軟硬度，非常貼心！房間與房間的隔音尚可！

床偏軟不是獨立筒的，兩個人睡時，會互相影響。

Della struttura ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Buona la colazione anche se non a buffet. Le camere pulite e accoglienti.

L’hotel non è dentro le mura e questo rende alcuni punti di interesse un po’ distanti. La notte è un po’ isolata come zona anche se molto sicura. Servizio lavanderia express un po’ caro. L’insonorizzazione non è ottima ma siamo stati fortunati con i vicini quindi abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Fijne, rustige plek net buiten het centrum van Chiang Mai. Genoeg goede restaurantjes op loopafstand. Personeel was enorm vriendelijk en hielp wanneer ze konden.

De badkamer was een beetje oud, maar wel schoon
