Could not find a negative . They can keep their sign board more prominent in this busy street. Tend to miss the sign while walking

Hotel is marked as 3 stars - it's a joke - even one is not enought
Hotel is placed in midle of bazar and is extremaly loud.
Very poor and expensive breakfast
Everything is extra paid (even water)
There was NO HOT water even in 'hot water time' 19-21 - it's not acceptable!!!
NOT READ Indian reviews all it's a scam
No heater in room - or extra paid per night
There is two big doubel beds in room but when you are with family 2+2 you have to book two rooms - it's another scam.

En el restaurant no es posible pagar en tarjeta, y por la mañana hay mucho ruido que te despierta temprano.

"We had a wonderful stay & The rooms were clean and very big. The staff was incredibly friendly. Specially Mr.Aarish at the reception. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing and grand experience.

Good location, good facilities. Great staff!
We were very disappointed to learn that we could not receive a take away breakfast service. Even though our breakfast was included in the price if the room. We were leaving the hotel in the morning - before the breakfast service has started. Normally, in other hotels around the world, we were always able to receive the breakfast as a take away.

Good hotel in the middle of a choatic street as they all are in Dehli. Inside it’s organised and calm. Staff is helpfull and speak a good amount of English!

Location is a bit dodgy, but not so bad. Just not a well built up area.
They also had an issue with my friend staying for one night, even though we were going to pay.
Shower was okay, a bit dirty.
Towels had a weird smell. Probably best to use your own towel if you bring one.

There was a room service employee named Bajrul was really good person he has nice personality and always good with customer. Before we checkout we want say goodbye and thank to him but he was off that time. The hotel is good and value for money
They didn't issue bill for our food which is quite odd. Bill must be added and one copy should hand over to the customer. How we know what we are charged and they don't give me anything.

The stay was too good...even though the locality is having heavy rush due to bazaar, But then the rooms are well Maintained and clean..Food is superb and delicious...will definitely opt this place next time..

staff was attentive and completes requests when asked for. allowed early checkin as well. relatively clean.
the bedsheets and pillow cases weren’t fresh, when I checked in. but they were replaced upon my request. but this should be given in any hotel when a new guest checks in. Ubers are pretty reluctant to come into the road as it was in the middle of a pretty traffic laden road.

We checked in to this hotel for our VFS appointment.
Its 15 mins away from the VFS centre.
Staff from the front office to house keeping are very good. Very helpful the girl in the front office Roshini was very helpful.
Rooms are spacious, good AC, hot water. Good wifi, room service was good. Better than everything security was very good. CCTV to cover every corner.
Didn't use the Hotel restaurant for meals. So cant comment on food.
Only two things we didn't like
01.The location of the hotel is a big disadvantage. Its located in a vey busy Bazzar. (Neru bazaar) uber taxis will never come near the hotel. Only option is a three wheel from the road. Without bargaining they will charge you double.
02.one starnge thing i noticed is vehicles coming inside the hotel from the main door going across the lobby reception area to the car park.

Breakfast was tasty and clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the receptionists were really supportive of all our matters. It was a great stay in India.
