The location and view of the Marina.
It is old and a little musty. The kitchen needs to be remodeled and the toilet in the Master bathroom has septic fumes come up.

This is a very well kept apartment with a very beautiful view from the private infinity pool it has. The kitchen is fully equipped!!!
