Great location with harbour view. First bedroom was excellent.

Starting with the view this apartment is simply stunning. Perfect in every way. Kitchen is complete and nearby restaurant, Elephant Shoe, is really great.

The location is outstanding with the most amazing views over the Grand Harbour. We could also sit on the full length of the apartment balcony and watch the Saluting gun go off! Everything was in walking distance of the apartment including the fast ferry to Gozo and the bus station. We struggled initially to find a supermarket in Valletta but found a great one in the basement of the food market on Merchant Street behind the Grand Master’s Palace. The beds were both comfortable and the showers powerful with lots of hot water! It was a very pleasant apartment and we felt we really were locals living in Valletta. A top notch apartment and location. Kurt the host was always very quick to respond to any queries, he let us check out later as no one was due in that day. He arranged taxi transfers for us to and from the airport so everything was easy and efficient.
There was a bit of building work going on in the adjacent property that started early. We were there in Feb 24.We are early birds so no issue and we were out most of the day. It did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay. I guess in all cities there’s some building work in the area!

Glasdoor on bathing room / toilet doesn’t close perfect (Emvin Suit). Also u have to walk through second sleeping room to get into it. For a Family that’s no problem, if u travel with a friend / other couple maybe not so ideal

Loved the location, being so close to the restaurants and shops and yet it was quiet. The view from the balcony is breath-taking – lovely to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine. The apartment is spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds, private rooms/bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The manager was extremely helpful and arranged the taxi shuttle service to/from airport on request. Taxi service was great too.
Just couldn't fault it.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, but that is not the fault of the accommodation. Saluting Battery, right next door, was the location of a wedding party during our stay. They were preparing the place from 4am on the morning of the day of the event, with terrible noise and rattling. It was the same at dawn the next day when they took away the equipment from the wedding. The wedding music finished at 11.30pm, in a fair way.
The 4 a.m. start is outrageous, a 7-8 a.m. start is more humane.

The detail of the classic Maltese decor was immaculate and the views from the balcony were simply divine!

The views across Valletta Grand Harbour from the balcony are amazing. Also very near bus terminal and ferries if you want to visit other parts of Malta and Gozo The property has comfortable beds great showers and very clean. All in all a fantastic place to stay when visiting Valletta

Fantastic apartment - view is great, location overall fantastic. Very practical, close by bus station, in the middle of the town, while still in quiet area. We were there for Carnival - lots of noise on the streets, though in our apartment it was very peaceful and quiet!

A view that cannot be retold, even if you see all the photos upfront, simply unique in a best possible way. Perfect location for enjoying entire Malta, by foot, by boat or by bus. Well equipped apartment with very comfortable beds. Perfect for a group of 4 very close people as rooms are not separates by doors so complete privacy is not possible if this is what you ask for. Communication with the agent perfect. Would re-visit definitelly.

notes for the visitor: if you are 6.5 tall or more beware od one stair in the hall, ceiling gets close to your head 😂

Fantastic location on the Grand Harbour - very close to all the sights of Valletta and the bus station for access to other attractions. Also close to fast ferry to Gozo. Great booking service and helpful re arrangements for arrival and departure - taxi very prompt.

This apartment is incredible! In over 30 years of renting holiday apartments, this is the best value for money we have ever experienced. The location is literally unique in Valletta, no joking. The views across the harbour are "Hollywood-like", the location is perfect for access to Valletta, to local transport, to nearby sites, places to eat, things to see and do, and the airport! The inside of the apartment is beautiful and it is so well equipped, we literally did not have to buy anything except food! All cleaning agents, bin bags, toiletries, tea, coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (!), etc. Even the "sharp" knives were actually really sharp!!
Nothing. Literally nothing. This is the pinnacle of how to set up an apartment for renting.

Pretty much everything about the apartment met or exceeded our expectations. Very centrally located, great view from the balcony, clean, good wifi, effective air con in both bed rooms and the lounge/kitchen. Communication with our hosts was very clear and they even helped us to arrange a cab from the airport to the apartment on arrival and back again on departure.
It didn't impact us but the bathroom in the second bedroom had clear glass panel between it and the bedroom which could be off putting for some. We didn't cook whilst there and although there seemed a decent amount of cooking equipment the oven appeared to be a small microwave/combi oven rather than a full size conventional oven.

The position overlooking the harbour, aided by a lovely balcony that ran the length of the property. Effective air conditioning units in every room. Beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Very clean.

Location was fabulous and the views spectacular. Even the road view was wonderful. Only a short walk to everything although we ended up walking forever with so much to see. Beds were very comfy and apartment was bright and spacious.
Work was ongoing upstairs which was noisy and woke us earlier than we would have liked.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with undoubtedly unsurpassed views over the harbour and the Cannons Battery and Upper Barrack Gardens. It has the best equipped kitchen of any apartment we’ve stayed in. The beds are super comfortable and there’s loads of power points (except in the bathroom). People comment on the bathroom door but there is only a 1cm gap which didn’t bother us at all. The little terrace is nice, and having breakfast as the sun rose over the harbour each morning was amazing. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants and the main shopping street also. We will stay again.
It didn’t bother us, but the two flights of stairs, 22 steps X 2, might be hard with lots of luggage or if you’re unfit.

The location was excellent.
The second bedroom , position of bed made access difficult one side, glass wall to toilet and shower was very off putting, you could be seen on the toilet from the living room if the door was opened.

Could not fault this property. wonderful location and all the amenities you need. great size and amazing views out across the harbour. a perfect base for a malta trip as very close to main bus terminal.

The apartment offers great value for money. It is perfectly located if you want to visit Valletta and be close to the bus station to explore the rest of the island. The view on St. Angelo and the Three Cities is magnificent and already worth the full price of the flat. Friendly owner who spontaneously suggested to get us some food to survive the first morning on Malta, as we arrived late in the evening.
These points are meant as suggestions for improvement, but should in no way impede you from booking the flat !
- We missed a wardrobe or some more storage place for cloths (2 adults + 2 kids).
- Some additional hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be convenient
- The Emvin Suite has one sofa for 2 - but no little bench or so to stretch tired legs ;)
- No hot water in the kitchen - although tap water is never really cold in Malta in Summer.
- The sliding door between the bathroom and the sleeping room doesn't fully close, which may be inconvenient for some.

we were two couples but there are no doors between the bedrooms, it is basically one room and bathroom door does not close properly and is see through so not much privacy

great location with exceptional views of the harbour.
Instructions on how to use the cooker would have been handy as we had never used this type of cooker before, thank goodness for YouTube. Also there was no door between the bedrooms and because of the ill fitting sliding door bathroom privacy was almost non existent. wouldn’t recommend for first dates 😀.
