Location, safety. Bathroom and CR though small but ok and complete with hot water but not at the sink. Toiletries but no conditioner and toothbrush. Owner is friendly though sometimes we can’t understand her.

Bathroom is not available from 12 mn to 7am. You can’t stay from 10 am to 4 pm cleaning time according to the owner but the sheets were not fixed and changed during our stay. She was just taking the garbage out, and the used towels and refilled the soft tissues . Room is too small for 3 pax. You have to at least can speak basic Japanese as the owner is not that good in English.

The individual room was spacious and comfortable! The location is great and the neighborhood is lovely, I stayed there 3 nights and the owner was really nice !

The location is very accessible for us. Very near in Tenjin Underground Mall and Parco Mall is just 10 mins walk. Nearest subway station is Tenjin Minami Station. 24 convenience store (family mart) is just a minute walk away. The host is very very very accomodating. Very kind, very cheerful.
