This property was nice and spacious, however, a few of the television did not work the entire trip, neither did the internet so I was unable to complete some work assignments.

Great location and resort property over all. Water park and amenities offered a lot of things for kids without leaving the resort. Felt safe and well kept. Great for families looking for a place to stay if you are looking for something outside of the Disney properties and not planning to do parks every day. We’d stay there again but would probably look for a better maintained house.

While the house was clean, it was definitely well used and did not feel well maintained. Carpets were stained, couches were stained, chair upholstery was stained. linens were stained. The pool Alarm was broken and a curtain rod was broken and had to be repaired when we got there. Not many hooks or towel bars to hang wet towels. One towel bar fell off the wall when we tried to hang a towel. Bare bones with kitchen utensils - need to bring pot holders, dish towels.

Loved the amount of space the house offered. The beds were comfortable and no one was on top of each other which was nice.

So many things could have been better with this Kitchen. You could tell the owners of the unit were very cheap. Kitchen is NOT stocked with common household things you would need to cook for a family. Only a couple of pans, no pizza cutter, no pitcher to make drinks in. 90% of the kitchen cabinets were bare. If you really wanted to cook a meal you are out of luck!! We had to rent the grill which I feel like is a joke when you are paying that kind of money then they brought us the grill and did not bring us anything to flip burgers with. Basically, for over 2300 for 4 days I feel the Kitchen needs to be fully stocked for big groups cooking family meals!

The home was really nice and accommodated all 15 guest.. we all enjoyed our stay.. we will be booking again in the near future.

Only thing I had a problem with is that we had several broken chairs at our dinner table... I did call and was told to put the chairs in the garage
