Stayed in non smoking room and people were smoking on the floor all night. Came into our room eventually. Informed night staff but nothing was done.

I am coming from Saudi Arabia to have a good vacation. But unfortunately, one of your staff with "BAD ATTITUDE" "DISRESCPECTFUL" "RUDE" who ruin our stay. I talk to him in a nice manner, and ask him to give us a good room. But, we ended up in a PWD room. You should teach the RECEPTIONIST personnel at night shift how to RESPECT the guests. Maintain a friendly and pleasant expression. Its bad for your business to have a RUDE staff like him. We never heard any apologies from him when we left the hotel. But we are thankful to the manager who help us to change our room. But since we are tired from traveling we ended up the same room. PARS INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, kindly do something about your RUDE RECEPTIONIST PERSONNEL. He is there around 7:15 in the evening who assist us with RUDENESS. We booked April 22-23. Thanks

Very cozy hotel, has restaurants and bar. Beautiful welcoming when you check in.

All the staffs were so supportive and kind as well.

I have stayed here several times in the last few years but this trip was not so good.

Towels were very old and worn out. Food has changed not as good as it used to be.
