I like how big the apartment with 2 bathroom,flat tv, the location and parking availability was good , nice friendly smiling staff . toiletries is nice touch
The apartment was clean but need to do their best, the furniture was in good condition but old and need to renovate , and have smelly sticky floors .

I come here a lot and the staff is very accepting of almost any type of stay.

I thank all the staff at the hotel when I first entered the hotel until I left it and my requests were met as soon as possible and the hotel was quiet and there was no disturbance. The employee was respectful and smiled from the first conversation with him. Thank you

In good location with multiple type of apartments. Good Wifi, rooms with comfortable space.
The parking area is not good since not lights and rooms are good but should be cleaned before giving. Kitchen utensils have not been cleaned. Bed covers are too bad in conditions.

bathrooms were clean
linens and beddings were old and needs to be replace. however, they are clean but with stains and off-white. hope to improve on this. sofas with stains and spill marks of drinks.

Facilities, smell of the room and smell of the elevators are terrible.
Rooms walls and furniture not clean. Many greese spots and what not.
Towels had spots of something too and i asked to change them.
Room cleaning was on demand.

The mattress for the master bedroom as hard as wood I didn’t get good sleep because of the mattress.
