No room service and the whole entertainment system doesn’t work I phoned asking for fresh towels and cleaning but nobody responded
It took about an hour at the reception for me to receive the keys.. the reception is located away from the hotel.. the girls are overwhelmed and overworked

Perfect location if you are a family. Very comfortable perfectly located ( 5min walk to V&A and ferry to Robben island)

A beautiful, safe and wonderful location. The property was spacious and nice and comfortable. I liked having a full kitchen with washer and dryer.
I did not like having to retrieve the keys from another location and then need to stop to program keys. Also: we only had one set of keys to the Condo and the programmed keys did not work on occasion requiring to have to go back and re-set the keys.

Roomy, clean apartment with all that you can ask for. It also has an inverter for loadshedding.

Excellent accomodation at a favourable rate. Perfect location. Pleasant reception staff. Pick-up of the key was well organised. Security on site.
As a back-up for the power cut periods or load shedding hours there was for the whole apartment one standing lamp available in the sitting room. We strongly suggest that in eacht room there should be a torch or battery-operated lamp present.

The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to the waterfront and it's beautiful restaurants as well as to the padel courts

Love staying at the V & A Waterfront Marina apartments as these are beautiful apartments with a homely feel, and beautiful interior.
Lovely, spacious apartments with easy access to the V & A Waterfront. This is definitely my favorite place to stay when in Cape Town. I've stayed in quite a few of these apartments, and just love them! 👌

Bit of a detour to collect from office not on premises. bit of a hold up at the office where they took the photographs.
bit of a hold up when my eldest daughter entered and left premises. even though she was cleared beforehand and instructions were left for staff to allow her to enter. phone in unit doesnt work and we were not contacted. she had to phone us from the gate.
TV in bedroom does not work. no remote for the TV.

Being told prior to booking that the property does not have alternatives for loadshedding.
We paid a lot of money and were affected for by loadshedding.
Surely an establishment like this should have alternative when loadshedding hits or at least advise on website that they don't have alternatives
