It was worth it, because of it served the purpose

It was not far from Emperor's Palace,

No coffee or tea, at least a kettle, the tv is there but not working,

Not expecting that!

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was stuffy, bed was in bad shape, bath was broken, toilet seat broken, had to ask for towels, no light in bedroom, only bathroom, tv not working, trucks park in front of room, making it impossible to get to room, no kettle, no fridge, no invoice received, no wifi in rooms, chair was broken, no guard at gate

They don't have mats in their rooms and it was cold on tiled floors. They don't have wifi in their rooms. They moved me from one room which had a broken shower tap to the one with a broken shower cap. Their bedding were not suited for winter season, I couldn't sleep due to cold .

Location is excellent

No Wi-Fi, rooms with air condition, buildings standards unacceptable in short it’s built poorly

its better to go there first before booking because its only the deluxe room wit facilities

Room Not good and bed uncomfortable no WIFI, Bathroom tabs especially the tower not adjustable well, towells some given one instead of two

Parking its ok well fenced wit a gate and cctv, location is ok near the shops and the is a swimming pool

Staff very friendly arrived late receptionist very nice and welcoming.

WiFi only in the rooms outside rooms no Internet. Bathroom drain smelling.. The place needs revamp tv no remote control📺😬

The stuff, they were so kind be friendly with me. Very helpful and had courtesy with any request. A big thanks to Princess and the gentleman at reception (sorry forgot the name). The place is very clean indeed

And no wi fi coverage.

So clean. Comfortable beds. The staff so friendly and very efficient

No aire conditioners. No ds TV. We had to watch the local TV stations. And no remote controls. They should also consider having bar fridges in the rooms. And the room that I was sleeping in did not have burglure proofs. Partially installed. Some had full burglar proofs.

Our stay was excellent, the hotel is very clean and hygiene. The beds and bathrooms werards.

The location was very good. It's closer to the OR Tambo international airport, also have restaurants in about 200 metres distance.

When we checked in, only one receptionist was on duty and seemingly struggling with the number of visitors who were checking in. We had to stand for a longer

I liked the staff welcoming. Hot water.

TV because the picture is not clear and there's no DStv channels.it's cold there is no electric blankets or heater. There's is no coffee station in the rooms I didn't like that we must pay for braai stands hence we already in the building for three days.. some doors are making noise and disturbing other guests.

It was pleasant and am looking forward to my next stay.

The convenience of checkin. The friendliness of staff. The listening ear to individual requests was excellent.

Although there was a glass for drinking, but there was no jug of water to drink

What is it been displayed on the app is not what i received, basically i wasn't happy

I booked for the specific room but I was given an outside room with no aircon and no TV. the room smelled like it was newly painted I asked for change they resist. even I have stated my health might be compromised.

The stay is good money for value, which the owner could review my comments and do something about it

We cooked our own food. I love doing that all the time.

The fridge is very small, kitchen cardboards are not enough and WIFI only at the Reception not in the room.
