The breakfast was good enough. The neighbourhood is amazing. The toiletteries were very good.

Staff was very help and location is convenient. TV is too old and had some issue( solved quickly after request) on the 1st day.

Perfect location near city center, very spacious apartament with all facilities; friendly people to the reception, helping us to find places to visit around; especially Tobey, our remote guide; her support in English was highly appreciated, making our holiday special.
TV connection in the room must be fixed, however, the TV was not our goal to see in our vacation.

Toilet Blocked on three occasions which was very inconvenient but the engineers responded very quickly. They were great, but disappointing the problem continued.
Toilet blocking and limited English spoken by all staff was challenging for us.
