Magical place

The chalet was in the perfect setting. Next to the Falls which was really nice to explore. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Wonderful stay.

We had a very long trip and tried to take the bus to the chalet using the overland pass or 1/2 fare card. The driver told us neither one of those would work and told us to go to the ticket booth. We went to the ticket booth and they said to go back to the bus and get tickets on the bus. 75.00 later we found out you could use both the oberland and 1/2 price card which we used throughout the stay.

Great location and view! This cosy place makes you want to come back again. My family loves it. 😄

The view was amazing to begin with, it was like a fairy tale. It was also very clean. All the tourist attractions were close by. And there is a stove which was very useful on cold evenings.

The garden and the view.

The Chalet wasn‘t really as presented on the Booking website. It is very, very small, the floors are uneven, the ceiling is low (definitely a problem for a bigger person), the house smells like damp, the third room is in the basement and we weren’t able to lock it (you access it outside the house), the freezer is in the basement, the stairs are very dangerous (it was a horror for my 66 old mother), both bathrooms are on the first floor, there is practicly no heat in the bathroom (the small one is not enough),... We left after one day.
