Staff was super friendly and was very helpful when we ran into a flight delay issue. From the front desk to the bellboy to the restaurant staff, everyone was really great. Rooms were a hit or miss. Our bed was two beds put together and they were uneven heights.

ACs are a little weak. The lobby AC was definitely stronger. Breakfast option had a good variety, but food quality was just okay.

Location was amazing! Very central in the Old Quarter area. Perfect to walk around and explore. The staff was amazing! Stayed a 2nd time here because of how great it was.

Hallways are pretty hot.

The location was very good. very walkable distance to all the good touristy spots and close to all the delicious food places. it has great vibes if you like busy and fun. love the room with the balcony. the bathview. def one of the much better accommodation you can find in the centre of Hanoi. very lovely staffs who were always so accommodating and friendly 😊. the place is just inviting and give you great breathing space unlike some of the other smaller hotel and spas that are too tiny and claustrophobic. 10/10 definitely

Great location near plenty of restaurants & bars. Get an egg coffee from the cafe next door to the hotel. We stayed over the weekend so it was pretty noisy. Beautiful big comfortable bed.

Facilities were so clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable--lighting, bedding, amenities inside the rooms, AC, etc. All made for a very nice stay. The rooftop bar was a nice place to wind down in the evening when it was cooler. Location was hard to beat; walkable to everything we wanted to do, so many food options and shops nearby.

Superb location. And amazing staff especially Nana (one of the managers) - she helped us with so many questions and made sure our arrival, stay and departure all went super smooth.

It’s in the old quarter so there’s a bit of noise but that’s the same with everywhere around this city and certainly not a reason to not stay.

Can not fault the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, so central to everything. We left twice for travels and both times we came back we were greeted like family. I would stay there again.

Only downside to our stay was that they were doing a renovation so we could not use the rooftop bar. I cannot fault this hotel

one big construction site that was meant to stop at 6pm but ended up being 24 hours.

from the second we arrived I couldn’t have had a worse experience. from having to move past workers while checking in. to having to wait an hour for a room just to be told it’s not the room we ordered.. was told they would do dry cleaning for us as a form of reimbursement. but now being told we are being charged top dollar for the services and delivery fee… construction on every floor also makes sleeping here almost impossible..

The pillows were too soft and noisy renovations had to take place early in the morning and late at night. Cannot understand the rationale.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price and this wasn't mentioned until after we'd had it on the first night. Room a bit dated with not all sockets and lights functioning as they should have.
