Comfortable apartment with lake view from the balcony, 1 minute walk to the lake. The best public beach in Baveno is by the end of the street, across a wooden bridge. The Baveno boat station to the Borromean islands is just 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Luisa and Luciano welcomed us upon arrival, showing us the apartment facilities and explaining us about the neighborhood. Maggiore lake is beautiful and relaxing.

Small private parking, but parking space in the street. No wifi, but good phone reception.

Beautiful and comfy apartment, with 2 terraces and lake view. Super convenient- you can go on foot to the lake, restaurants/ cafes, 2 parks, the beach and the ferry to Borromean islands. Very warm welcome , extremely friendly hosts that recommended us places to visit. We spend fantastic long weekend. Thank you so much!

Nice family, everything was perfect.

Fantastic location - easy and super quick access to the beach and a very short walk to the lovely restaurants and bars that Baveno offers. The underground parking is a fantastic bonus! The balcony that overlooks the lake is superb, a great spot to enjoy your coffee from the Nespresso machine in the apartment. The host (Louisa) was really friendly and gave us the warmest of welcomes and lots of tips for the area. We loved the holiday, and would love to return. Thank you Louisa for helping making our stay so enjoyable :-)

Thank you Ilaria for wonderful hosting, we had a great week. Fantastic apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient for the ferry, shops and restaurants. The owner met us on arrival and was really helpful and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful, helped us with any request.

The water comes a little bit out of shower cabin. A remote control of the entrance gate to the garage would be desirable. Unfortunately garage box is a little bit small and suit only small car, we can't park our car there.

This is a gorgeous and comfortable apartment located in a most convenient place for the ferry bus train and beach. The aircon is excellent and needed.The view from the very private balcony is lovely. We were sorry we had not stayed longer in Lari Baveno. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We hope to return again to stay in this very lovely apartment and excellent value for the cost.
