The apartment had no wifi for the entire duration of the stay

the venue is amazing, the sea view is awesome (we saw a whale), the restaurants and spa is world class. sufficient parking and the gardens are immaculate

There is mould on the bathroom ceiling and a bit between shower tiles. The bedroom door cannot lock and the signs to the Lobby is not clear

We liked the area

The iron was not working, the lift to 5th floor was not working. The parking space is too small if you went out you will have a problem off getting a space when you come back. It was definitely not what I had expected

Everything was awesome. Friendly staff that accommodated an early check in with no fuss. The view was awesome and the room amazing HUGE. Great views from the balcony

The bedroom sliding door was difficult to lock and the TV wasn't working when I arrived. It was very quickly sorted out though and the staff was amazing

Aircon is weak, thus rooms are cold. Please provide thick blankets for winter guests.

Bedding don’t get changed. No cleaning happens. If it happens, it of a low standard what one is used to.

FIREROOM. EXCELLENT service from the manager. Valley of the pools was very relaxing and well priced meals. The room was clean.

The wait for the shuttle service to the valley of the pools. Would be great if we were allowed to take our vehicles.

Nice view, good location

Upon arrival the towels were stained. After a few nights we had to request new towels, the replacement towels were stained again, so we sent it back, but housekeeping never brought back new towels, so reception had to assist us after hours. After our stay we realised that a portion of our refundable was held back. After enquiring we found out that this was for special soaking of a stained hand towel. I raised the issues we had with general towel quality, but never even heard back from the managing agents. Housekeeping kan be better, the shower had a lot of mould. The unit’s power kept tripping during the night due to a fault with the DB board.

There was a problem with taking our biometrics so accessibility to the facility was a problem with a 10 minute delay each time we had to enter. This was pointed out to the host on our second day of a 5 day stay but was not rectified. The amenities in the apartment were poor, oddments of cutlery, glasses and crockery were provided. Pots/pans were in a terrible condition.

firstly Zimbali is really bad with directions….got lost a few times before I found the suites…I would have loved signs and arrows on the way pointing towards the suites…..2ndly its very important that you guys show the front of the suites as well on the pictures…I wouldn’t have booked if i saw the dirty side with parking and clumpsy trees on the internet pictures……aircon wasn’t working and it was sooo hot couldn’t leave windows open because of monkeys so it felt like a nursery 🥺
