A lovely building inside and well decorated. Not too showy. And smelled clean and fresh. Well catered for in the rooms with an ironing board and iron. Love the fact there’s charging points on all the sockets. Large room and the bathroom was clean and well stocked.

Only one thing was that there was no socket by the bed. I have sleep apnea and need a cpap machine so I had to trail the cable across the room and it only reached halfway up the bed. Next time I would bring an extension cable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the room we had was wonderful and the facilities were excellent

Bed was decent, room was a good size, wish we got the chance to use the spa but was only there for about 18 hours. Only issue we had was the local uber drivers were useless and less than helpful, considering we are tourists and dont know where we are going.

USB charge points didn’t work. I mean that’s a ‘first world problem’, but if you have them in the room they should work. The staff weren’t the warmest people to deal with.

Good finish room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good central location

Everything was good hotel wise, clean and as expected, the views were good, hotel free reception staff very friendly.

The cleaning staff woke me up at 9 by constantly knocking on the door till I answered and asking what time I'm checking out, sorry but I had to be rude and said I don't know, if checkout is at 11, don't disturb till 11. This needs to be rectified for the future.

on arrival, we were on a bed and breakfast.

The rude manner at reception when we arrived our room was unkept and dirty towels and no TV that was operational as it was my daughter's treat after studying. to watch a film even though we were moved later we waited over an hour and my daughter was upset, we were promised a refund of money but nothing! has been sorted even a call would be nice!!!

Tasteful interiors, spacious room, friendly efficient staff.

Every member of staff we encountered acknowledged and smiled at us. Room was spacious with enough storage space. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was quick with a range of continental and cooked options, quick service even though the room was busy with guests. Great location for main theatres and eateries. It is the second time we have stayed and it won't be our last.

parking is £22.50 for 24hrs but apparently there is a discount if you book in advance - wish I’d known this when I booked it. Food offering in house after11pm is disappointing especially when McDonalds or a Kebab is the only option outside the hotel

The food and service were great. Loved the art work and amazing bright colours. The set up was very nice & found the wall pictures story telling very fascinating. Everything was nice and neat.

I did not like the lighting in my room. It was very deem and we struggled to read our books to unwind at night. Found the car parking charges too much. They could give a very good discount.
