The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

The windows are not closing well. The hairdryer is a mess.

El personal es muy pedante, mínimo estábamos pidiendo limosna, a la hora de llamar para pedir información… no nos dieron la información bien y cuando llegamos todo era diferente… el area social el piso todo sucio… No me vuelvo alojar ni lo recomiendo

The bed was clean, the roof area and pool are the highlight and match the photos.

The room had almost nothing but 4 walls and a bed. Not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel. The grout was black everywhere and the floor wasn't clean (walking barefoot, dirt kept sticking to my feet) The shower set up was weird to say the least and there was no lighting so almost like showering in the dark. (Whatever little light came through the shower door). Feel like I paid for the roof views but the room was really not worth it.

They don't have hot watter in the restroom, and the wifi has restrictions even when i just need it for work

The restaurant had good food and kids enjoyed the pool while we ate.

No hot water, cockroach, and terrible location

very clean, comfortable, great location to transportation and walking distance to the cinta costera.

we was told we can not bring food from outside to the room, because they have theirs own restaurant.

Room was Clean and it is very centric, close to Casco Viejo and you the Metro station is steps away.

The parking spots are very limited and small. One bad maneuver and you end up scratching your car or damaging other vehicles.
