The conditions of the studio were not the best. There were two floors. The upper one had the kitchen and the bed, right in front of the door, which was not very practical. The lower one had the bathroom and there was too much mold, humidity which caused some discomfort… The room could be more clean and ventilated. Overall, there are many features to be improved.

Larger than I expected with a well appointed kitchen and very nice bathroom.

It was not the fault of the landlord but the municipality was doing construction on a wall immediately outside the building. They started hammering into the stonework at about 7:00am and this went on until about 4:00pm. Fortunately I was out most of the days so it wasn’t a major disruption. I presume they will finish the work soon.

the location and view we special. in the heart of the old city. interesting old building that have been re furnished.

All the steps up to the main street, not able to drink the tap water difficult and long walk to supermarket to buy water, milk, sugar and other basics when staying. would have been great to have a starter of the basics. would be good to have a clothes airer to dry the towels. the bed was comfortable and plenty if hot water in the shower.

Good location! There is a beautiful view from the window. Close to cafes and attractions

Hard access to the appartment, not easy to communicate with the owner.

Great view from the doorway. Spacious, lovely tiled floor, has lots of things like iron and hairdryer.

Cars slow down and rev up going around the corner but noise died down.

A lovely, very centrally located apartment. The views were stunning (especially the sun rising over the three cities)! Very comfortable and clean, with kitchen basics (coffee, tea, equipment) provided. The staff was simply wonderful at check-in...super friendly and helpful, especially with giving directions. Overall, a fantastic stay. We sincerely look forward to a future visit!

We could only stay one night.

Self prepared brekfast. Not caterring or food services. But that´s what we always know at the reservation process. So, it´s OK. Highly appreciate the accommodation personal approach. Perfect airport transfers as well. Great place to stay. Short to anywhere! 5 minutes to the main Bus terminal with the whole Malta connection lines for nice price (21,€ /one person 7 days ticket). Perfect historical downtown with amazing & lovely streets, nice Maltese night life with pretty small shops at each corner. We like it sooo much! ....Smack! :) Just few small issues at all, to reach the 100% satisfaction with Our stay. Luciano Valletta Studio was really fine - We rate it with 9 of 10 points. Thank You.

Not quiet place, because the park place and turnpike next the building. But we accept it during Our 10 days stay. The worst at all was the cockroaches at same frequent streets ...Grr! :P

I just loved this little ground floor place. You just need to cross the parking lot for a grand view over the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities. Or look back towards Valletta above the Victoria Gate. The place is clean, comfortable and well equipped with AC, TV, fridge, kitchen stuff.

It would feel a little awkward to leave the window (the upper half of the door) open at night as it faces public space

Pictures provided in booking does not reflect the reality. if you are considering to book, ask the staff where are they planning to accommodate you (several bulidings in Valletta are managed by " Luciano") . If studio located 100 meters away from the main building is the option NEVER BOOK. rooms should have with view to the Valletta's bay, we were in a "studio" that is 100 meters away the main building. Located on ground level with view to a big parking lot, constantli in use. the one and only window is in the bathroom, view to a Fiat 500 ( atleast FIAT is Italian car) just half a meter from your sink, NO other windows in the studio. The place was dirty, the ceiling was on dark spots, not to mention the dust in the room, outside right in front of the door there is a big air shaft constantly blowing dust and you can't get a fresh air from outside using ( door/ window). The bathroom drain is terrible, just 30 seconds in the shower and you аre in a puddle of water up to your ankles.

Lovely location overlooking the Grand Harbour. This is a nice, convenient apartment for exploring the island. It was clean, comfortable and it was great to have someone pop in to clean and refresh towels.

The first floor apartment would have been quieter and with better views. Ours was on street level. The kitchen facilities were very limited with no work surface and without earplugs I would not have slept as the fridge and vital air con were noisy. If the bed had been in the cooler, quieter basement and the kitchen extended upstairs with a seating area (with sofa bed?) this would have been perfect. Watch out for the ear splitting fireworks on the weekends too.
