Betten waren extrem durchgelegen (richtige Kuhlen), daher haben wir beide kaum geschlafen.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the tram line. This was very handy. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English.

The breakfast options were very limited - there was no warm breakfast options other than toast or pancakes. Also, housekeeping seems to be done very late in the day. I went back to my room to have a rest later one afternoon to find housekeeping were just in my room so I had to wait outside for her to finish.

Perfekte Lage für uns da wir ein Konzert im Den Atelier besucht haben keine 500m entfernt. Leute sind nett und freundlich. Parken konnte man auch in der nähe aber Richtungs/Hinweisschilder währen hilfreich.

Padrão ibis, quarto confortável, limpo, funcionários simpáticos, bom café da manhã. Recomendo.

A rua a noite não me passou uma impressão muito boa, nem sensação de segurança para andar, já pela manhã e a tarde era tranquilo.

Körülötte bárok, éttermek. Kedves személyzet. Saját parkolóval rendelkezik felár ellenében, de ennek nagyon örültünk, mivel így biztonságban, közel volt az autónk. Viszont normál vagy kisebb autókra tervezték. Mi egy hosszabb, szélesebb német típusú autóval érkeztünk, épp, hogy befértünk. A reggeli nagyobb választékkal rendelkezik. Tetszett, hogy kávét, teát, forró csokit a nap minden percében ihattunk ingyenesen.

Breakfast was very expensive 13 euro per person and the offered food was not worth it.

The room was comfortable, and enough to spend a few days in the city. It is within walking distance of the station and there are a few shops around, however there are some sketchy people around the area.

The staff was a bit impatient prior the checkout. The staff came in the room despite of having the card of not disturb, and then 30 mins later they call the room as well. We felt a bit rushed, which was not super pleasant after a night experiencing a migraine. If there was a break of the rules fine, but they should expect people to check out when it is possible, and not when they want us to leave. It was really unpleasant.

Luxembourg is a wonderful place. The staff were flexible and helpful. Once you get to the station all the transportation is free and is a great way to explore

The room was on the small side and not easy to get around. The double bed really needed to be 3/4 size double. It was a tight fit. Thou the room had all the amenities, difficult for someone larger to get around. Bathroom was cramped and small. Very difficult for someone larger to get around

Breakkie personnel needs training Since when do you keep boiled eggs in the fridge? Rooms were very small, especially the bathrooms, you need to be very bendy to get into the bathtub-shower.

Car Park was impossible to access as it was too narrow a tunnel for my normal sized car

Near train station, with obvious negatives of dangerous area. A functional small and stuffy room.

Staff, very rude and unhelpful. Not to say a crack den nearby, but not a comfortable district to be in especially if you are on your own. Insecure internet, which drops our frequently, unfortunate if you are here for business. Long way from interesting sights in the city. Seems to be on the flight path for the airport so don't expect to l sleep late.

Great staff, clean hotel and very close by the station.

A lot of noise from outside, not the safest street in Luxemburg. Room had no fridge to store anything in it.

The surrounding area is full of drug addicts in the streets doing drugs in the daylight, we didn't feel safe at all and I called the hotel to say we wouldn't stay. We lost our reservation.

Very good location, the staff was efficient and very kind. The possibility to get free tea/coffee/chocolate at evening made the stay even better. Literally 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walking from the city centre. Free public transport through the all city with the bus and tram stops at 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurant and shops very close to the hotel. Totally worth the money.

The breakfast was bot good enough. At the least there should be some scrambled eggs available. Also on the forst morning they were finished with boiled eggs 30mins before the breakfast ended. The room was fine but the door of the bathroom didnt close. Also the noise from the planes was something to take care of.

The restaurant was under construction and that takes away from the value because there was noise, dust and material everywhere in the lobby. Also implies that there's no breakfast as published. We got coffee and croissants, but compared to other Ibis and Ibis styles, the quality of the breakfast was low. Also, there was no where to comfortably sit and enjoy the croissant and coffee. This takes away a lot of points for my stay. Additionally, the room was very warm. The ac was not really cooling, but only a fan. And if you open the window, the noise outside was very loud. I find these 2 things to lower the price -value ratio.
