All good

Great location, nice and comfortable room kept clean all the time, good breakfast, good value for many. These are the features I have experienced in many hotels including this one. What makes this hotel special is the staff: they had the power to make me feel like home - spoiled by my mother :)

There is no down to it. Everything was exactly as I was expected. And more.

The hotel is great, simple but it delivers everything. The rooms are great, with all the commodities necessary. The bathroom was also very clean, with all the replenishments. The service was amazing, from all parts of our stay. Breakfast was awesome too!

The only complain that I have is that the bathtub shower is a little too tall, which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to get inside, but it's not a big problem. All the rest is fantastic.

Good facilities and friendly staff. We were able to check-in early and store our bags after check-our. Great location near the theater, park and tram stop. We were fortunate to get a discount during our stay so it was great value for money. Coffee with creamer in the room was good. Bathrobes and slippers were great additions.

The shower door leaked water into the tiles in the bathroom, but not a big issue. More puffy pillows would be great but still a comfortable sleep/bed. Still a great stay.
