Great place to stay and fantastic hosts who communicate really well. Well located and easy to get around Paris from using the metro. Very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again. They looked after bags after checkout and facilitated arrival and checkout very well.

Love that it has a washing machine and a dryer. Kitchenette is super convenient for family with kids.

No lift! Family travelling usually means more n heavy luggages and we have grandparents who luckily can still climb the stairs. Luckily they got the 1st floor apartment but they didn’t like the steps on the bedroom. We stayed on second floor and it’s back breaking with the luggages up there. lol. Although it is close to everything, it is also very close to 10th Arr and that didn’t feel too safe.

We were a little nervous that we wouldn't receive the pre-arrival email as I was travelling down from North Wales the day before. But we did and my daughter thought it was the easiest lock box ever. Loved having the washer/dryer and the Nespresso and the kettle and the dishwasher!

There was no conditioner just shampoo. Someone had mixed up the dishwasher tablets with the washing machine tablets that were left under the sink in little trays, but fortunately, I read the package before using!

very attentive and helpful support staff - answer emails and requests immediately and no fuss about leaving baggage for later collection. very nice location on a quiet square - can walk to many locations.

Great central location - short walk to 3 different metro stations. Cool, modern decor and wonderful kitchen set up with Nespresso machine. Nice to be able to do your own breakfast.

It is quite compact but hey that’s Paris.

The apartment is extremely well-equipped. The decor is nice and it looks exactly like the pictures. Everything in the kitchen seemed almost brand new. Everything was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable, very nice linen and towels. Located close to metro, lots for rental bikes/scooters and restaurants.

The location was great, a few minutes from the Metro and in the middle of le Marais. The staff was very friendly.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for two adults.

a couple minutes the other way didn’t feel that safe. also, they did the most with the space but a little tight for a family of four. mostly didn’t have a place to put our luggage. wish they had Netflix for the evenings to watch.

Spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped apartment + A/C, washing machine and fast WiFi. Thoughtfully decorated and comprehensive apartment and local information was provided in English, which we greatly appreciated. If you are fans of the apartment hotel concept then you will really like this place - the standards and ease of a good hotel with the comfort and space of an apartment without having to deal with private hosts. Great value for money. Contactless check in and out was no problem and the building is very secure. The location is ideal and close to everything we needed without being touristy. Situated on a cute little square and with a choice of three metro stops nearby it was easy to get to all attractions. We could also easily walk most places too. The Rue Montorgueil was a short walk away which was great for food, people watching and of course the morning baguette. This really was the perfect home from home for our 6 night stay in Paris.

Nothing, honestly no complaints at all. One constructive comment would be that the microwave could be mounted on the wall to provide more counter space.

We were sick with Covid the entire time, which was a bummer but nobody’s fault. The apartment was comfortable and a good nest for recovery. The neighborhood was full of interesting places to eat. The food market and pharmacy were very close.

The kitchen chairs were uncomfortably hard. The sofa needed a few more pillows. Minor stuff.

Randomly buzzing air conditioner made it impossible to sleep both nights. Otherwise it would have been a nice stay. Location is great.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and the staff was helpful.

The beds were not comfortable, especially the sofa-bed.

The house itself was in a perfect condition, located at a calm square in Quartier Sentier. Our apartment no. 12 was clean, its midcentury modern design made us feel like home from the moment we stepped into the apartment for the first time. The kitchen was very well equipped. I loved the view from the separate bedroom onto the square. Close to the house there are two stylish bars/restaurants and a tiny little grocery store. The apartment is located not far from Gare de l’Est and from some big avenues and sights like the Opera. We enjoyed walking in Paris all day long and coming back to “our” apartment in the evening in order to relax. Last but not least, the cleaning staff was super kind!

The apartment was a bit too small for three persons and the price was quite high (approx. 330€/night). The bed in the separate room is quite short (~1,90m).

Location and nice appartment

Really small for 4 people

It was almost a brand new apartment in the Sentier district, a short walk from Rue Montorgueil with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless, bed comfortable, and had a good bathroom. The room we had looked over a small square and had a lovely restaurant across the road for coffee or lunch.

The confirmation and check-in were a bit tricky, having to send copies of passports and photographs to verify. Kept receiving messages that this process wasn't complete when it was. Instructions for the lockbox were a bit tricky as well, but Wilson, who was cleaning the apartment was most helpful and even carried our cases upstairs.

The studio was warm and comfortable. I liked the high quality linens and towels. Excellent location.
