Problem with water during 3 days and no solution and no refund ot compensation, I have to leave the apartment 1 day before to find another place

It doesnot incluye breakfast. The place is good, very well located

The bedrooms are not high quality.

A good value. Hosts were friendly.

The view of the apartment and location is ok. Also the building has a great outdoor pool in the last floor with stunning views of the city.

It could be better. I understand that the person in reception area is not part of Pontoni business, but the attention was very poor and I as a tourist, arriving at the apartment, the welcome was not friendly and with lack of information. I was with the idea to ask more questions to the receptionist but with his rude attitude I did not ask. Just when I went to the level 19 and I was inside the apartment I found a welcome letter with important information about payment and other information. So from that moment I solved questions about my stay. Before my arrival to the apartment ( 1 hour in advance) I sent a text message to the contact number but no answer until today. Also I left a bottle of water of my little son (as I left the key inside the apartment and could not back for the bottle) and the person in charge of this apartment was not at the office. I could not wait because a transfer to the airport was waiting for me. The point is that until today I did not receive any message, email from Pontoni at least to say I am sorry that you left your son bottle of water :-( . They have very poor customer service.
