It's a good budget option with a nice sized park outside if you want to do a quick walk or run. Also a nice coffee shop just around the corner.
Could be cleaner and there are no facilities on location for food. So no breakfast or anything like this. The location is also not all that perfect.

Location is good and atmosphere is good inside room
Behaviour of receptionist and they make us wait like more than 45mins even I book my room before 10 days still they make us wait like this also if the bedsheet get dirty why should we pay extra for that before booking there is nothing in written bt they charge us extra money for that which is really not a good thing.

the area very near to all the restaurants
just the key card, they need to replace everyday if you stay a more than a 2 days you need to call them and ask for the replacement or else you will not enter to your room

Me and my friends really had a bad stay experience in this hotel, the staff are rude and not welcoming at all especially the staff in the reception. Bad customer service, no hospitality and the staff don't even know how to smile and to greet their Guest. Over all it's not recommendable.

Spacious and seems newly renovated, corners were a little dusty maybe bec. Of the constructions nearby but overall stay is fine
You have to pay for extra water, and door card was not working during the whole stay
